Dropping by at just before 2pm on a Sunday we feared a poor reception, but were met by all the opposite. We were warmly invited in and made comfortable by the courteous staff who immediately ensured our children were kitted out with colouring sheets and pencils. The dishes we ordered arrived quickly and were generally very good. We were also offered other 'comfort food' alternatives for the children in case we could not find anything on the menu to their liking. All in all and after reading some past reviews, it looks as though this restaurant has made significant improvements since it returned into the hands of the original family owners in the summer of 2015. There are surely still more to be done, but they seems to be on the right track.

Situato a oltre 1600 metri nella forcella che unisce la poco conosciuta e amena val Vissada e la val Visdende, vicino a dei boschi ricchi di funghi (non solo porcini) e quindi non potevamo esimerci dallâassaggiare i piatti di questo rifugio a base di funghi. Funghi trifolati, formaggio, polenta discreti. Unico piatto sottotono sono state le fettuccine ai funghi poichè il burro copriva troppo il sapore dei funghi e della fettuccina. Conto ottimo e acqua in brocca (BRAVISSIMI!!!)

Wanted to eat by the lake and was keen for a pasta dish. I had to wait until 7.15pm but that was a good excuse to consume their local wine by the glass. It was delicious and only euro 1-80 per glass - amazing. And the service was great courtesy of a lovely lady dressed in black who did not speak English but was so helpful. She recommended the local antipasti - wonderful - and was especially strong in her recommendation of the penne bosciola which was great. A great venue, great wine and lovely service - recommended to everyone

The kitchen, taken personally by one of the owners as well as proposing Italian and foreign dishes, presents typical local dishes and unique in their genre and flavor. Certified place for people who are intolerant to gluten.

Ho cenato in questo ristorante per 5 sere usufruendo della convenzione con il vicino Hotel Comelico.L'ambiente Old Style è molto curato. Gli spazi sono molto grandi, ideale per cene di gruppo. Il menù da convenzione permette di scegliere tra buffet di verdure 3 primi, 3 secondi, dolce a soli 12 euro a testa.I piatti sono stati cucinati sempre bene. Il personale è molto professionale e gentile. Unico aspetto migliorabile sarebbe una rampa esterna per passeggini.Comunque consigliato anche se non si è in convenzione con il vicino hotel.
