The local Bavarians may complain that the ravioli is home made, that schweiebrat is not on the menu but since when did Bavarians advance the cause of culinary excellence? Alter Wirt offers lovers of traditional local food a chance to eat better to eat healthier and to experience high quality where quality is often lacking. Bravo! We had - the liver - excellent - the Styrian pumpkin seeded chicken - excellent - the Bavarian style schnitzel - excellent - the spinach filled ravioli in brown butter - far superior than anything I have tasted in the land of the Central European hill tribes. If you are staying South East of Munich , or at the Tannerhof, or on your way to Kufstein or Salzburg this restaurant is well worth a visit.

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon Andrebar exploring Tegernsee in the glorious sunshine last weekend. I canât tell you how glad we were to get lunch here. We were seated on a really cute, beach feel, outside terrace and served by a really nice guy who was super helpful. We both went for burgers and country potatoes. The burgers were out of this world. My Mexico burger was the best burger Iâve ever had and I work and live in Central London, there are a lot of burgers available here. It was huge, when it arrived I wondered how I was going to eat it all but it tasted so good I couldnât not. The house jalapeño sauce is outrageously good. The wedges were delicious also.Beer and Hugoâs were good and reasonably priced for Tegernsee.I would recommend this place without a second breath!

Magnifico Italia at lake Tegernsee Look forward to an encouter brimming with lightness and zest for living. But above all to the passion for sophistically interoperated, traditional cuisine from Northern Italy. Discover the aroma of homebaked focaccias wi

Visited here twice while on holiday in the area. First was just for drinks, but went back a couple of days later and had a pizza. Pizza was excellent, cooked to order, lovely and fresh, thin and crispy, just what we wanted. Food and drink prices very reasonable. Overall very good value for money. Staff very efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend

Nice and lecker ;)
This restaurant was recommended to us by locals. It opens at 17:30.We were in the mood for schnitzel. I had the regular portion and myHusband had the "RiesengroÃe" size which translated is "huge" and itWas. It took up the whole plate! The dinner was wonderful. It cameWith a lovely little appetizer and a fresh salad then the main dish. The only problem is that we were so full we had to take some home.Would definitely come back here again to eat! I would recommendReservations as it isn't that large inside. We were lucky the night weCame and there was room for us.

During summer holidays we want to enjoy every lunch and dinner, therefore I read plenty of reviews in Tripadvisor and in most cases it helps, but not this time. I know pizzeria/trattoria Da Francesco since many years and you could not predict if they cook today tasty or poor. This month we were not lucky, salads and pasta tasted like food in the office canteen, when you eat it because no other choice left, and you convince yourself that food is OK and there are plenty places where food is even worse. No reason to come again, there are so really good places on Tegernsee!

Located overlooking the gym, the food is both good and plentiful. I had the BBQ ribs and fried potatoes. It's not the place for a romantic date.

Centrally located at "Stadtplatz" with enough public parking spaces, La Piazetta has a rather dark dining room inside and a nice garden, Service is efficient, friendly and knowledgable. The salads are quite small for their price, and the dough of the pizza is too thick for my taste but tastier than many others.

Everything about this restaurant was just perfect. We arrived tired and very hungry after our long day walking trip. The autumn there is increadibly stunning. We received very warm welcome greeting acompanied by best ever olive snack. Music was just at the perfect volume, so we could sink ourselves in a meditarean heat and have very nice conversation with the most charming Andrea who served our table. Food- salats, anti-pasti, pasta, pizza- all looked just great and what we had was an excellent choice recommended by Andrea. Lovely place, excellent food, perfect servise and gay-friendly. One MUST try!!!
