Desenzano is full of touristy trap style eateries but this small, friendly and characterful trattoria bucks the trend. We had some superb fresh hand made pasta (I had tagliatelle with hare, my wife with porcini) - excellent quality and presentation - great selection of wines even though the house wine (a local gropello) itself was perfect. Really friendly and attentive service from Margherita the owner. Will return for sure next time in the area!

What a fantastic meal. We went for the taster menu. The food was exceptional with my favourite being the veal tongue.The staff were attentive and personable. We asked for a wine recommendation and after a few questions the young waiter hit the spot. The view matched the food and we loved the experience.Couple of suggestions....It was really hot, and there didnât seem to be any aircon... suggest a few fans to keep the air moving... the staff did very well to stay focussed despite the heat.Do something about the millions of tiny flies around the grass area. We are glad we sat inside.

We had a lovely dinner and really enjoyed the romantic setting of the restaurant. Great service and friendly staff. Fine dining - every dish was beautifully presented and of excellent quality. We ordered a la carte ( although they have a nice fish menu as well) as we were keen to try the seafood platter. Very good wine choice as well. Definitly to be recommended.

went on Sunday evening and glad we booked as this place gets really busy.great meats and vegetables for starters. walnut ravioli was excellent as was all pasta dishesthe local sausages were tasty and the meat Carpaccio with burrata was outstandingwe dint this time order desert because we all were so fullwine and water and coffee all for under 100 eurosalways a pleasure to visit here

Walked a fair distance out of town for this place. It is basically a take away with a few tables so I wouldn't bother if you want to sit down. Plastic cups, paper plates etc.Pizza was decent, nice people but feel like I was misinformed with the other reviews.

I've been here for a day at the pool...we've tried pizza and it was nice.Not the best ever, but fair enough considering the variety of choice in the menu.The location is awesome

We had breakfast and dinner, on different days here. The location is fantastic if you want to see the Mille Migia cars come by on the first few kms outside Brescia.Originally, the place seems to be a truckstop, one the night we watched the Mille Miglia cars, the parking lot was full of trucks.Not like ordinary truck stops in northern europe, no this is Italia, also the truckies want to eat well! Down to earth friendly people on the service side, owner's children mixing in with the crowd. People we made the Mille Miglia trip with this year, have been coming here for years!!

Absolutely awful food, had carbonara and a burger to which they both came out tasting of a pig farm. Asked to change the burger as it generally wasnât fit to consume, which was no problem but then had the audacity to charge us for it!!! Now have left feeling very sick. Anzi sottolineo, riteniamo sia un orrore la carbonara con la panna!!!2) Perché ordinare un hamburger con carne di cinghiale se non si gradisce il gusto!?? La carne di cinghiale ha un gusto forte, è risaputo!!! Abbiamo in carta dodici referenze di hamburger con possibilità di scegliere sia il tipo di carne che la farcitura. Mi ripeto, perché scegliere il cinghiale??? Per quanto riguarda l'aspettativa di non pagare il conto, credo non ci siano commenti.
