Although the city seems a bit empty, when you go into this place you will know where they have been hiding. Great little Italian restaurant. I had the Salmon and it was plentiful and yummy. The dinner with wine for 4 was just over 100 Euro making this place a GREAT value.

Small beautiful furnished room with historical and elegant flair. We enjoyed every single dish!!! Try the carpaccio or the risotto. My husband loved the tender Simmentaler beef with the best and most creamiest mashed potatoes ever!

We have been sampling the Greek food while on our travels round Germany. This was very good and we were pleased with both the service and the meals. The liver and onions was particularly good, as was the gyros. However, the salads could have been better if they had been served cold. Hence only the four stars. Hello John,thanks for your valuation. Mama Miaâs is a quaint little Italian restaurant located in Oestrich-Winkel and Eltville, Germany. My family and I lived in northern Italy for four years. During that time, we fell in love with Italian pizza and French fries, among other things. Consequently, when we moved, we began searching for a place that could come close to replicating a taste of Italy. Mama Miaâs is it. To quantify, authentic Italian pizza typically has a thin crust, minimal amounts of tomato sauce and is all about the fresh toppings. If this is how you like your pizza, then Mama Miaâs is for you.We have not tried the pasta. However, based on the crowds that I always see, I would have to assume that the rest of their menu is just as good as the pizza. As for service, I would also give them a solid endorsement. After just a few trips, the staff remembers our faces and our favorite meals. They are very kid friendly and even give the kids treats.If you were traveling the Rheingau, I would highly recommend this restaurant for an afternoon or dinner treat. You will not be disappointed.

Il Mondo has excellent service and a very friendly staff. The atmosphere is great and most importantly, the food is amazing. I had the beef tartar to start and then the Pizza Mama Mia which is spicy just as advertised. But if youâre a little bit crazy and need it to be spicier, they will be happy to take care of you.

This used to be a pleasant restaurant offering simple and delicious German cuisine, in a rustic garden setting. It has unfortunately - as I discovered yesterday evening - been turned into an Italian eatery offering (almost entirely) Italian dishes. The rustic setting has been spoiled by laying concrete pavers and attempts to create an Italian atmosphere - as dusk descended we had trouble seeing what we were eating. It appears to be oversubscribed, as we discovered when we had a long wait to get a table. Why do Germans go for Italian cuisine when they have such a good native cuisine? We then had a long wait before we could place an order - the service was at best sluggish. The food was rather ordinary, nothing one couldn't knock up at home. A real disappointment!

Overall they offered a nice choice of small dishes, some typical Spanish tapas, some more international or even German interpretations. Some were really good and others just OK. Some of the dishes were a bit on the oily side and sometimes the tastes could have been more differentiated. It is a place worth trying. Te service was friendly and fast.

Dieses weniger bekannte Familienrestaurant bietet authentische griechische Küche abseits von Gyros und Tzaziki. Hier gibt Dorade, Muscheln, Juwetzi und vieles mehr. Eine Speisekarte gibt es erst gar nicht - stattdessen Tafeln an den Wänden. Alles ist frisch und daher manchmal auch nicht mehr verfügbar. Garantiert ist, dass man etwas Schmackhaftes findet. Athena kombiniert kreativ, Gewürze und Ãle sind kraftvoll und harmonisch aufeinander abgestimmt. Die gastfreundliche Familie ist mittlerweile in Hattenheim so beliebt, dass man reservieren sollte!

A small restaurant in Oestrich-Winkel that serves Italian cuisine. Everything was made from fresh. Great meals, great atmosphere and great values. The patio sitting provides intimate surrounding with large trees, candles, but most of all, the tables aren't so closed to each other so no eavesdropping of the neighbor's conversation.If I had to critic, the only think I could think of is the lack of parking space. We had to park 2 blocks away from this tiny restaurant. But all in all it was best!
