Enjoyed a dinner with my wife and infant daughter. Had the fixed menu with cheese salad starter, bread and olive oil, lamb shoulder main, and lemon tart dessert. All was fantastic especially for Spanish standards. Waiters were trained and polite. Would definitely return.Thank you very much for your review, jmacdaddy1980. Oxid looked great and was offering great value for the Menu del Dia in the off season. Bread and oils as well as wine were included in the â¬15.50 price as well as three courses! Excellent lightly fried vegetable starter, seafood paella (though the langoustine was very prickly and hurt my mouth- careful!) and ice cream. We were comfortable with heaters, the place was popular- not surprisingly.Very pleasant staff who were patient with our âforeignâ ways!Thank you! We are glad you like our restaurant. We hope to see you again!

As a family of six we were made to feel very welcome, and the staff, including our waiter Alex, were attentive and friendly. Calimari, pizzas and risotto were all well presented and tasty. All in all a very enjoyable experience in a lovely spot by the sea. Would recommend!Thank you !!

Go and find out the Arroz Caldoso con bogavante! This is just wonderfull. It's a mix between paella and soup with lobster. This dish is so delicious. We travel to Roda de Bara twice or three times a year and we don't leave without the arroz caldoso. The paella of course is also very nice but this beats all. The restaurant looks more like a local pub but the service is very friendly.

Easy going, nice place with good food @ local prices. Tuna ⬠10, lomo ⬠6 and so on. This is a place where locals have lunch/dinner. Wifi available.

We were tempted to visit this restaurant for lunch as it had a distinctive menu del dia and was particularly well patronised by local people. Indeed, it was one of busiest in Tarragona at the time. The well presented menu del dia was uncompromisingly Spanish. The service was friendly and efficient. Very good value. A gem.

I can´t remember the last time I ate such a perfectly grilled beef ! The service had the exact timing, not too long, not too fast. We really enjoyed our dinner, PLEASE do not forget to try the exquisite cheesecake for dessert!!! Ok, it is not in front of the sea, just a few meters away... but really, when you have such a gastronomic level... who need´s the sea view????Dear customer: thanks cor your opiniones,are very satisfactory and for other clients most importante of all: good info .My very special thanks for your critics to my cheesecake. Found this restaurant via trip advisor and agree with the many excellent reviews already posted. The food was very good and the wine also. Antonio was very welcoming and a great chef. The waiters and their service very professional.

Staff (owners) were extremely friendly and accommodating, even catered specially for the freaky vegetarian in our family. The food was superb quality, music was great, good atmosphere, all in all, no hesitation in recommending this hidden gem.
