We went with some friends who are local to eat at this spectacular Enoteca. Thereâs nothing fancy about it however the service is awesome and they have wines like Sassicaia available (for a nice price) by the glass. We had a mixed appetizer of pate and cured meats, then we shared homemade pasta with porcini mushroom, and a pappardelle with wild boar ragù. To be honest I ate the same thing two night in a row it was amazing. Ask for Cesare when you go heâs a really nice kid!

This is our favorite restaurant in Tuscany.I can recommend the menu for â¬30 which includes an aperitif, a big plate of tuscanian appetizers, a prima and secondy dish and a fine dessert of selfmade icecream, Tiramisu or biscuit chocolate cake. Chose a fine red or white Tuscanien wine and you are prepared for a two to three hours excellent dinner.The scenery is nice, located at the boundary of Bibbona and the hosts are very friendly.During our stay in Tuscany this is always our dining highlight.

The group of cyclist I accompany have made this this restaurant part of an annual pilgrimage for the past eight years and the owner now recognizes us and finds us a large table.Although we only go at lunchtime and usually restrict our meal to anti-pasta we can always find an excellent choice of food. Over the years I have tried most of these dishes and have enjoyed everyone, one day I would like to come in the evening, sit on the balcony with my wife and have a full course meal with wine.

This place is amazing, great atmosphere and great service as well. If you like filet, you have to try the filet with truffles- it is second to none. The Lasagne is unbelievably good as well as the mixed appetizers plate. Typical tuscany dishes at a very high level with reasonable prices. Reservations are recommended. Great place !!!!

A very rustic, honest place with great pizza! We enjoyed a realaxed evening here, having nice pizza in a wild rosegarden on plastic chairs as the sun was setting. Staff was very laid back, friendly and welcoming. Our pizza was ready in no time at all. I stupidly lost my credit card (must have fallen out of my pocket) that evening. When I called 2 days later, the staff was extremely helpful and even brought me the card down into the town's center the next morning - right in time before we had to leave lovely Bibbona. Definitely not your standard service by any means! We'll be back! :)

We actually spent 2 dinners at the place and we were very happy on both occasions! Great Chef and family serving the guests, creating a very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. The cooking is almost fine dining but with a local twist, good, home made products and preparation. Try the Sea Bass or the home made prosciutto! Ask for tomato&garlic&olive oil salsa to add to some meets and enjoy the very good, local wines selection!

Terrible place with rude staff. Pizza was soggy with a pool of water and zwhen politely asked for help the owner got angry and insisted nothing was wrong with the food. Pizza was inedible but they refused to do another or offer a refund on it so we had to go and eat elsewhere and pay again. Lesson learnt, don't eat here, there are much better eateries locally.Thanks for the review, as explained last night immediately after the incident, you left the pizzas 15 minutes on the plate, it is obvious that the 100% mozzarella, releases water while icing, you expected it to make the pizzas again (they were perfect), next time try to go to the bathroom and call before the food is served.You didn't even want to pay!At 10 minutes by car, there is a Mc Donald I recommend it.You paid for 4 people, only 39 euros.P.s: The other 268 reviews are false?

It's quite uncommon to me a 5/5 review after only one dinner but.... Location is gorgeous , with outside tables. The food is great, with no exception. Fish perfectly cooked.The service professional but not impersonal. Portions are more than adequate. Reservation is recommended. There's a free parking lot beside the restaurant. I defenetly would dine here again (and again, and again).

A hidden gem in Bibbona - inventive, but tasty menu, wonderful staff who could always seat us without reservations, excellent and reasonable wine list, quiet location. We ate here twice during the trip and were never disappointed. Wonderful panzanella, tuscan tomato bread soup, tortellini with cheese sauce, excellent meat. I hope Io Cucino continues to delight its customers as it is an absolutely wonderful experience. Highly recommended.
