We arrived for lunch & after ordering a main course only we had 3 dishes put on our table , bread, olives and tuna salad, none of which we ordered, but all of which are charged for. We both ordered lamb chops for main. They were fatty and greasy and piled on top of some potatoes which were like thick crisps. These also became greasy. There were no vegetables at all. The price was quoted as â¬15 per person but IVA was not included adding an extra 20% to each plate on the bill. The waiters were variable. Some off hand, one quite pleasant who helped me get wifi to contact my husband who spent 20 minutes trying to park nearby. Not at all the nice experience we had hoped for to round off our few days away. I didn't mean to make this sound gripes. It's just an honest review of a disappointing and somewhat overpriced experience. I would not return here.

Stumbled across this place by accident,and what a great find. This family run bar/restaurant is in an old stable,which is still attached to the farm.inside the old horse feeding troughs are still there.the food is to die for,and is all made fresh by the mother of the family . The son brought his mother out to meet us after our meal.we had such a lovely time we will definitely be back.

Excellent, Michelin recommended restaurant, attached to the Area Purpurea Lodge hotel. We ate here as we were staying at the hotel and we were pleased that we did. The food was exceptionally good, particularly the Iberian ham and also the slow cooked pork cheeks that melted in your mouth. Good wine selection ideal accompaniment for the meal. Service was first class - attentive and friendly but also discrete. We decided to eat indoors to take advantage of the air conditioning as it was quite warm but here was an option for outdoor dining. Excellent food; highly recommend.

This restaurant had an informal atmosphere and was very popular with families. The staff were very friendly and an English menu was available, despite us being the only English speakers in the place.We only ate snacks (chips) at the bar, but they were served well cooked and piping hot. It was a great place to sit watching the world go by into the late evening

Good eating, not very expensive, superb surroundings. The day I took lunch there it was not crowded at all. Unfortunately, as everywhere in Andalusia, personell does not speak English, for this reason I evaluated only 3 * for service; but they are nice.

Casa Verdera is a very comfortable, informal restaurant. Staff are welcoming, and menu is available in Spanish and English. The restaurant has vegetarian options including mousaka and fried noodles.Food was delicious, beer was cold and white wine was fresh. This would be by number one to visit in Aznalcazar.
