I'm surprised that this place isn't reviewed more. Could be that the restaurant is called Mirac instead of Eastwood Korean. In any case the clientele was almost exclusively Korean and the food was certainly delicious and authentic. We didnt have a reservation, but got a table easily as it was early evening. By 7pm it gets a bit busy so call ahead in you have a big group. Good value for money and portions were good sized and if you go, as we did with the family, you can order a number of dishes to share. Chilli beef hotpot, kimchi fried rice, potato noodles and vegetable and seafood pancake all great. Pancakes were my favourite. Definitely worth another visit or 2.

I have been here a number of times and each experience has been excellent. The host Jack is fantastic, welcoming and very attentive. The food is excellent, the pricing is great value as is the quality of food.I have been to South Korea 9Busan) and the food is just the same as there.

This is one for those who love Korean street food. Located in a small eatery next to Eastwood train station (on the Korean side), it's an unpretentious locale with barely 3 small tables and some chairs. Order your food and pay for them first, then take your seat, if you can find one. Oh yes, you also need to get your own cutlery from the serving counter. The menu consists of classic Korean delights such as a comprehensive variety of kimbab and ddukbokki. There is also Korean sausages and a classic udon plus a selection of meal sets. This was one of the best street food on offer that we've tried and quite comparable to those we sampled in Korea. I need to mention that the stock from the udon is just sensational. It was light, not over-powering and yet full of flavour - a perfect balance. As far as prices for street food goes, this place is not cheap, but worth at least one visit.

Have been acquainting this restaurants for many years and is surprised that no one reviewed it.It is one of those very Korean styled small eatery which offers simple food but with consistency. The side dishes have improved a lot since it first started. A great place to go when you just want something simple.

Newly opened! What a great addition to the neighbourhood! Very nicely decorated with beautiful wooden furniture and ceiling lights creating a warm atmosphere. Understated yet very inviting and bringing a bit of class to the Korean restaurant strip. The food was nicely cooked. One can taste the “fine-ness” and care each dish was treated. Service was good although it was a relatively quiet night. Portions were slightly smaller than the other restaurants. However the taste of the dishes we had was definitely far above what we’ve had before. The menu was priced on par with the other restaurants - around $15-$17 per main dish. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes!

My wife & I just came back from our European honeymoon and came here for dinner with our wedding photographer, as we were picking up the photos when we suggested to have dinner together, with our photographer suggesting to try this restaurant.Cool name for a restaurant but unfortunately it did not live up to the name. The restaurant setting was simple and lacked atmosphere. We ordered 4 dishes, a seafood pancake, spicy chicken, a noodle stir-fry and a sizzling bulgogi plate. The chicken choices wasn't that appetizing or different from one another, so we opted for one chicken dish only. The food came moderately quickly, and presentation wise it wasn't the best. Food itself was decent but not overly exciting or different from your typical Korean restaurant, and they came with a small variety of the typical free side dishes.Overall, it was a decent meal, prices were average to slightly high depending on what you're ordering, but we wouldn't be in a hurry to return either as there are much nicer Korean restaurants nearby in the area.

Had the speciality Korean dishes. Seafood pancake, a horror, felt like eating uncooked glue. Complained but was told that's how they cooked it. Fried chicken lived up to its name of having fried but taste was only fair. KXX was better. Sadly no lamb dish on the menu. Our family only enjoyed beef ribs for this adventure.

We were a group of 10 and came here to have dinner. It gets quite busy and in fact there are 2 outlets in Eastwood not far rom each other. There was a private room which we could have which made the dining experience more enjoyable not having to be with the other patrons but have privacy. We called ahead to book this. The food was tasty. Did not try the BBQ but ordered dishes. Enjoyed the unlimited side dishes that came with all the mains - there was a good variety. All in all an enjoyable experience and would visit here again.
