There are two Harmony locations in the city and this one is called Harmony Prime. It provides an "all you can eat" system with several appetizers, sushi and sashimi. For a suitable price (around USD20-25/person) depending on the assortment of food served. The top one includes two flambé salmon dishes. The first one wraped in aluminum foil in the format of a peacock is made at your table. Quite unusual and creative. Food quality is good and the staff provides detailed information about the menu, giving you the option to select the type of fishes wanted. There is a tiny monitored kid´s room. Duly recommended.

Eu costumo almoçar na Unidade deste restaurante situado na Av. Faria Lima em frente ao Hospital de Base. Local amplo com uma variedade grande de saladas e pratos quentes no Self service, podendo ainda optar por pagar de acordo com o peso, ou no coma a vontade por um preço fixo ou ainda optar pelo prato feito. Atende aos mais diversos bolsos. Vale muito a pena para refeições no dia a dia durante a semana. Abre de segunda a domingo só no almoço.

This is a good option if you are looking for a place to have a fast lunch. They have a kind of a self service by weight and dish that you can order. I tried a picanha with rice, vinagrete sauce and French fries. The taste was good and well prepared.

Ambiente bacana e bom atendimento nas mesas. RodÃzio variado e a diferença dos dois tipos de rodÃzios servidos é que a versão top inclui pedaços de sashimi. Várias opções servidas e um destaque que a nossa barca veio em um prato com uma chama! Muito legal. O shimeji veio embrulhado em papel alumÃnio e bem quentinho. A sopa de missoshiro estava um pouco mais salgado e o arroz estava um pouco sem tempero. Algo interessante foram os mini temakis com pouco arroz e o Temaki com ceviche. No final tem a sobremesa doce já inclusa no rodÃzio.Recomendo

The restaurant has a good menu, a nice environment and waiters. The food should be better in special the hossomaki, uramaki and California that has nori. The nori was not fresh so it was not crunchy and dry, but the rest was ok. The sashimi was good and niguirisushi as well. The price is right in my point of view considering the amount of food.

Brasa Viva offers a good variety of meats, beef, pork, lamb, chicken, sausage. The buffet has lots of salads, even a good variety of sea food, there is also this Japanese buffet. Staff is quick and friendly. But the best about this restaurant is the price, BRL 42,90. Good choice.
