They are in the food court. They have cashier and sushi counter in the separated space. If you want to seat at table in the food court, you can order your food in the cashier. But, I won't recommend it. The surrounding food court restaurants are B- food gourmet. But, this sushi restaurant gives excellent sushi. You cannot taste the freshness in NY, San Francisco or Los Angels!!! Fresh, so--- fresh! Yellow tale sushi/sashimi is usually so soft in any other restaurants in the U.S.A. But the fish neat of their yellow tales, snappers, etc. are hard, I mean fresh hard almost like freshest fish from fishing on the boat!I will give them A+!The reasons why people didn't give a perfect reviews are not a good setting for sushi restaurant, packaging food for hurrying customers, etc.Seat the sushi counter and enjoy the fresh sushi, and enjoy a moment until your next flight.

Came here only because we could not decide on a common place for dinner. Terribly wrong choice! Not sure if grilled salmon is overcooked, or double cooked!! Very very hard; those who eat salmon know that this is an oily fish. I have videoed the lousy (perhaps fake?) salmon. May be a chose the wrong piece. A disappointment :-(

This lovely restaurant is set in Gufuso Garden and the tables have views of this. In the evening the garden is lighted. This is right behind Kishiwada Castle. The meal was traditional Japanese and the service was perfect. The meal was not expensive, a little over forty dollars for a meal that included sake. You are free to walk around the garden even if you don't eat there. This is a special place!

This was my first time connecting through Osaka on my way to Taipei. Usually the flights connect through Tokyo/Narita. This was a nice change. The airport is large, clean, and easy to get around. It also has a great executive lounge called the More Lounge which allows access for American Express Executive Platinum members through their free Priority Pass program. Most other Priority Pass lounges I've seen at other airports are nothing more than a few tables and chairs with a bowl of granola bars. But here, they have a full executive lounge with a nice selection of food, drinks, and comfortable seating with outlets for charging phones or laptops.

We went to Kansai Airport and looked for quick dinner. After walking around for a while, we decided to try this Tonkatsu restaurant as there were many customers. We ordered Tonkatsu set, one regular and one premium. The staff and service was excellent. The food was also very good as well. Recommended for Tonkatsu lover who visit Kansai airport.

A nice airport restaurant. I stopped by for a late lunch before my evening check-in. They warn you that okonomiyaki may take 20-minutes or so. They have an English menu. I ordered the negi-yaki which has lots of chopped green onions (scallion), yaki-soba with meat. One of the best okonomiyaki I’ve had in a while. Great friendly and helpful staff.

A cavernous airy restaurant with plenty of seating choices (in booths and along the counter) served by a double (clockwise and anti-clockwise) conveyor belt system. It looks and feels like assembly line eating. If the content of the passing plates are not of your preference, you can place your order from the menu through the many convivial waiters on stand by near you. The orders get filled in little time. There is psychological risk of taking more food you can consume as the parade of colourful tempting sushi passes by. So do exercise some discipline and self-control. We still ended up with a stack of more than twenty-five plates between the two of us. Sushi freshness is decent (off the belt) but seems better when you order it from the menu. There is good variety too including the politically incorrect whale sushi (which tasted like old tuna btw and totally underwhelming). Daikisuisan is one of the many restaurants to choose from in between your shopping ventures at the nearby Rinku Town Premium Outlet. It appears to be frequented by locals and tourists alike. Prices are quite reasonable.PS: do take some time to admire the beautiful 3D paper art of sea creatures just outside the entrance.

Takoyaki is freshly made at the little shop on the food street inside the airport. A few choices of flavours are available. The basic one is very good. The fried rice is also delicious. Watch out for daily special set. Reasonable price.
