This is a nice place to be with if you want to experience real Japanese cuisine. However, in my experience, the service is a bit slow. Because the food seems to be delicious, delay will be more agonising than ever. I hope the management can also work on the English proficiency of their waiters. But then again the food is excellent. The venue and ambiance are superbly Japanese.

行列のできていた お寿司屋さんです。お皿の種類は6種類で お手頃なネタから高級なものまで いろいろ豊富。サイドメニューもあり、和風・洋風のスイーツも充実。ですが、ここはお寿司と向き合いたいお店でした。店員さんは、活気があってキビキビとしていました。

The food is mostly breaded and fried with a multitude of sauces for dipping. It is very good. There is also the Japanese pickled vegetables for dipping int he sauce as well. Those are good too. The restaurant was very clean and the service excellent for three Americans who didn't speak the language. Westerners will like this restaurant.

This is a fun, tiny little joint downhill from Hiroshima University. The food itself is so-so, and it's always crowded and smoky, but fun and interesting to hear the old music and be filled with sights from 60 years ago!

Lunch menu has 10 kinds of Japanese food such as "Sashimi", "Tenpura", "sushi", "udon".Each menu has combination of Japanese food.Danryu is special menu which has "sashimi", "Tenpura", "chaw mushy", "otsukemono" , miso spup and rice. Guest have a refill of rice freely.It's low price and large volume.

Business diner with my colleges, since I don't speak Japanese let them order. diner is family style with the dishes being brought out and put on a table size hot plate. The food is excellent and don't let the names of the dishes stop you from enjoying them. The Japanese business diner is something to be experienced first hand, trying to describe the meal and the conversation is like asking a blind man to see a rainbow. The average diner is about 3 or more hours long, with non stop eating and drinking (of your favorite beverage both soft and adult). Lots of laughter and enjoying the different types of food that one from America would normally not dream of eating. But as the saying goes, "Try it you will like it" The Good: Lots and lots of different foods brought out at the right time.The Bad: When you are stuffed to the gills, they still bring out more food.The Ugly: my using chop sticks and making a messOn the scuba bubble scale of 1 to 10 I give this restaurant 9 bubbles

I had the unrequited love to one lovely girl. She and I were very good relationships but I would rather be a boy for her than the boy. At that time, one lady always heard my telling about her. The lady had encouraged me to declare my love for the girl and comforted me when I was rejected. This restaurant is often used by us when we met. She always ordered an ordinary okonomiyaki and I always did an okonomiyaki with double hot noodles. It was very delicious because I liked something hot and enjoyed the meetings. Now, the lady became to be my love. トリップアドバイザー日本版では、英語で投稿しても文字数反映されないみたいで大変悲しい。でもそんな時に食べても本当に美味しい。

一階の洋食の方を利用しました。峠下牛ほほ肉の煮込みのランチコースをオーダーしましたが、前菜は野菜のテリーヌ。野菜の美味しさをソースの味が引き立てます。ほほ肉の煮込み自体もホロホロに煮込まれ美味しいのですが、添えられた野菜もあまり重くならないソースでいい感じに。デザート、コーヒーまでついて2500円でした。また機会があれば訪ねてみたいレストランになりました。

In fact, I tried to find the right name but website in google showed it differently . Suigun Nosato would be shown instead. Anyway I hope both are the same since the address is the same too. One of the finest Japanese keiseiki course meal that cost 8000yen per pax. The food was authentic Japanese with sashimi, sushi, fish soup , tempura and many other seafoods. Probably 8 different courses. Do make sure you try he local sake of Saijo where there have 8 local sake brewery and is high quality and inexpensive. Total cost for 2 of us with 3 bottles sakes around 21000 yen. They don’t speak English well and luckily they employed students from nearby university to command similar English that the night easier for us. Lovely place with counter seats and private room. Beautiful traditional Japanese architecture house that serve restaurant. Enjoy it and heard they are also 1 star Michelin!
