We have been here several times in last two weeks. Formally dressed waiter, dessert trolley etc. Flip-side: Extremely warm and friendly. They remember who you are when you come back. Honest local food. Liver and onions (like dad used to cook). Inexpensive but very well-prepared swordfish and sole. Simple but fresh and well done. Pretty small but an idea place for family and a few friends. Received a very helpful grappa lesson. We will be coming back.

This restaurant kind of fell off our radar over the years--closed for renovation at one point, new owners at another...(but serving food since 1956!) Several of my friends had been there recently and enjoyed the food, so we thought we'd try it....great atmosphere--I had remembered only the fireplace--and delicious food! The tagliata melted in my mouth--Angus beef, well-prepared...and the fagottini alls pera was a pasta treat! The wine list was extensive--Erica, the sommelier, is wonderful! I felt so good about the restaurant that when it came time to organise a group dinner for 50+ people, that was my choice! (and it worked out beautifully!--group organizers, spend the extra 5 euro for the appetisers and mixed drinks!--Yummy mojitos and sangria!) Several people in the group have already returned for individual dinners...and this restaurant is definitely BACK on our radar! Outside dining is available in the summer, there is ample parking, there is a separate bar area, there is also an outside garden for appetizers, parties, weddings, etc. The restaurant is air-conditioned.

Had a delicious meal during the holiday season-the restaurant was crowded and we didn't have reservations, but we were seated with a smile. The service was friendly and efficient, and probably a little slower than usual due to the holiday. The food was well-prepared and delicious, although my husband felt that his calamari was slightly soggy-the oil hadn't been hot enough. My involtini were delicious, and the branzino and the gnocchi with truffles were also excellent.

Great food and service. My wife always orders the seafood paella with the black rice. which she really enjoys. I always order the steak and it is very good. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice. The desserts are also very good. We have been to Megusta few times and we will definitely be back. The staff are also very pleasant and efficient.

It's a new place, which opened in August 2017. Great interior and the toilets were really clean. Absolut plus in this areaThe food was really good at a fair price.Just the communication was a lil difficult. The owner asked a friend of him to translate and have a really nice conversation We would have been able to order in English, German or FrenchCiaoograzie per la recensione, mi ha fatto molto piacere e molto ridere....innanzitutto scusate ma nella mia vita ho tanto lavorato e poco studiato, per fortuna c'era il mio caro amico Giulio S. che conosce perfettamente almeno 4 lingue... o voluto far intervenire proprio lui perchè pensavo vi avrebbe fatto piacere conversare assieme. ringrazio e spero un giorno di rivederVi presto! We went here for lunch, and it was a pleasant experience, but not one that we'll be repeating, given the huge number of restaurants to eat at in this area. It was more expensive that many other similar places. However, my son had the best plate of penne with pesto he's had (he gets that everywhere... or bigoli with duck sauce, lol). Tons of pesto on the pasta; it looked wonderful. I had gnocchi with zucchini and shrimp, which was pretty good, but not my favorite gnocchi I've had here by far. Nice outside eating area.

We hadn't been here for awhile--couldn't seem to be hungry on evenings during their new hours--FYI--Lunch only on Saturday and Sunday. Open for dinner Wednesdays-Sundays....closed on Monday and Tuesday...Now that I had that right, I made a reservation for dinner on a recent Friday night-(recommended, just in case)- and had a delicious dinner under the trees outside with a view of the meandering Bacchiglione River below. The food was excellent-I had a lovely filet with mushroom sauce...and the Bavarese dessert with mint was heavenly! The menu varies, with specialties as well as standard offerings. Service was friendly and efficient--don't be afraid to go if your Italian is nonexistent, since most of the servers speak good English!

I have had pizza Al Company on my own a couple of times and I have to say that the pizza is huge. So tasty, wide choice of pizzas and very good service. But, I had as well the opportunity to have dinner with friends and at that time I went for the see food. Well...amazing...luckily one of my friends suggested me to share a plate with him...and we had the "quadro di pesce". It's a starter but so huge and you can have it for two or more people. There's a variety of bites...tuna tartare, sword fish carpaccio, anchovy on toasted bread, octopus salad and more. Also we shared a portion of fish fried and it was so good and not deep fried so very light as food! The service is good despite the owner a little bit grumpy but luckily he his only at the check out. Very well recommended this place! Grazie per la recensione...molto belle le tue parole...ci ha fatto piacere che ti sia piaciuto il nostro ristorante...ti aspettiamo presto

Found this place when searching for a nice place to eat in Vicenza. The food was amazing, the wine great and service impeccable. The place offers dishes from the south region of Italy. We all shared the plates we ordered and everything was delicious. Playlist was also very nice. They also server breakfast, hope to go one morning. The dinner was great and we will be back.Thank you guys :) Do not miss the 5th of May the event that will be hold here in Borgo Berga. There'll be wine cantines from Vicenza and we will serve finger food, that we're going to offer to you and your friends. The event will start from 11 am to 8 pm. Pet are accepted. See you soon
