Ok, I only ate Italian food because Bella Casa is in the house my grandmother was raised in. And unfortunately, neither they nor anyone else had any of Adolf Thurnagel's Frucht Liqor which my great-grandfather used to brew in the brick back section. But the food was good, the service fine, and the location very convenient, so I definitely recommend them if you are in Tangermunde and in the mood for Italian.

Als erstes, Essen schmeckt. Etwas nüchterne Einrichtung. Waren wohl kurz vor SchlieÃung und der Chef machte einen etwas mürrischen Eindruck. Hat sich dann aber gebessert. Ach so Italienisch/Griechische Speisekarte!

We stopped by here one afternoon after walking by several times over the course of the week. It was always busy and the food looked great. As it turns out it tasted as good as it looked. We had pizza and Pasta. Both were top notch and very large portions.We actually sat inside and watched a steady stream of the most delicious and artfully created deserts being delivered to the anxious customers waiting outside. Colorful and enormous Gelatto creations with fresh fruits and whipped cream. Watching them carrying them away and then bringing back the empty containers was such a joyous site to behold. It actually made me happy watching them being taken away to smiling faces. Please give them a try if you are craving some Italian food, but absolutely go there for the dessert!
