Fantastic atmosphere, with great music great food, umberto and his wife are fantastic hosts. Aiming to please nothing is to much trouble. Fantastic value for money. The waitress is kind and very attentive, very family orientated restaurant. We had great night there from 7 to 12pm We where properly a little loud with a mixture of children and adults but they where absolute great with us. Would highly recommend Gain Carols for really good night out with friends or family. Especially when they have the Italian music there. THANK YOU SO MUCH xx

A small family restaurant, providing Italian and Mediterranean food. Our chef Giovanni (with previous work experience from the Da Corrado in Solihull and La Caverna in Sheldon) prepares all in house: from fresh produce sourced locally and imported from It

Pranzo Birmingham is one of the only restaurants in the Midlands to offer not one but two mouth-watering menus. Our Critically acclaimed Italian & Indian Chefs, each with over 20 years of experience have come together to create two menus that include both
We had a lovely food and service. The waiter was very polite and food was also very tasty. It was a nice atmosphere too. We ordered a range of dishes which all tasted nice.

Came for the first time to this place amd were pleasantly surprised as we didn't expect much from an Italian restaurant in hall green. The food and service were great especially considering it was a very busy evening. We ordered deep fried calamari, sirloin steak and a chicken breast dish. All were fantastic and good portions. For dessert we got creme brulee which was delicious! Will definately recommend and try more of their dishes!
Tradita is a haven of traditional Mediterranean cuisine, conveniently located just outside Birmingham. With a focus on authenticity, flavour and service, this friendly restaurant is popular with local foodies, as well as those passing through on their way
We had previously popped in for a coffee and we booked to have an evening meal there. We had waited a long time for this place to open but it is well worth the wait! We have just come back from having a lovely meal there. Food was absolutely delicious, service couldn't have been better! We have already booked up for Christmas eve.We love the fact we can walk there, about time we had something like this in our local area. I sincerely hope it continues to go from strength to strength.

Italian Restaurant with contemporary open plan kitchen excellent food and service . wheelchair facility fully air condition and parking .
The steak was good and not overpriced and the service was excellent from a great overworked young waitress who served the whole restaurant on her own, well done. But it was not exceptional with standard frozen chips, and undercooked vegetables Also the choice of desserts was disappointing which resulted in non being ordered

Italian restaurant based in the heart of Acocks Green. We take pride in preparing all our food to order on the premises using the finest fresh produce and ingredients
Having read the reveiws, I think we may have caught this restaurant on an off-day as our experience was not great. Visited for a family occasion and were 'greeted' by a surly member of staff. He seemed especially miffed when we didn't order drinks (just tap water). Took forty minutes for four pizzas and then one of the orders was incorrect, despite us being the only people in the whole restaurant! Barely an apology and then a further wait for the correct dish. Pizzas were disappointingly sparse of toppings, very greasy and worryingly uniformed in shape. No pizza-cutter offered nor provided. The knives that were given were barely adequate for the job. Our table seemed to be attracting numerous fruit flies throughout our meal which was off-putting.

We were heading to a concert in Birmingham city hence our reservation was booked for 5pm. I had been looking forward to this visit - my first, for a long time as I used to visit the original restaurant âLa Carvernaâ for many years. I only found out just before the visit that the owners had sold up last year but reviews on tripadvisor reassured me. How wrong was I! From the minute we were seated, my heart was sinking. The restaurant was not ready for business. Our table wasnât even laid when we sat down. This was hurriedly done. It was cold, I had to ask for the door to be closed. From the time we entered to the time we left, the owner & staff were talking loudly about reservations, moving tables & generally trying to sort the evening reservations out. We felt like we were in the way! Pictures on wall were cheap & crooked, cutlery was old, odd & like something that had been around for years! Now the food - I ordered king prawns - 4 in total, barely warm & tasteless, absolutely no flavour. My buddy had the crab cocktail, smothered in Marie Rose sauce & he couldnât decipher exactly what he was eating. Mains - Monkfish & i has Steak Diane. The tasteless theme followed through to mains - absolutely no flavour whatsoever. Extra for side of potatoe & greens. In total cost wise for 2 starters, 2 mains & 2 small glasses of house red £75.00. Daylight robbery & I can honestly say if we had gone to McDonalds we would have had a better meal.I take no pleasure in having to write this review, so disappointed & bewildered that it could be so bad especially when reading the majority of other reviews??? Guys you need to up your game & provide better service & food. I wonât be returning - if iâm not already stating the obvious

Sapore is an independent Italian restaurant in the heart of the Midlands.
Glass of wine has washing up liquid, replaced and refilled by waiter. Music loud. Meatballs starter in cheese sauce lovely. Veal dish was tough and very, very salty. Pasta dishes average. Really looking forward to trying this restaurant but would not return. Food was presented nicely though, shame about taste.
