Good: The food was ok, I ordered a pizza and a Weizen. The restaurant is spacey -- there is some distance from other tables.Bad:The personnel (apparently not German) is doing the least minimum to be friendly, giving the impression they don't care. Sure, the tourists are very likely to bump into this restaurant, they probably visit only once, so why to invest more energy. Very bad approach.

I ate here with a group of friends, we were on a cycling holiday and so were pretty hungry. We chose from the daily special menu and we were not disappointed. I had the local lamb which was three different cuts served with roasted potatoes. I presume it was the local salt marsh lamb, it was cooked to perfection plus the meat had an intense depth of taste. My only complaint was the absence of bread to clean my plate. My other companion had the dorado fish which was again cooked to perfection. Many thanks for a great evening, three hungry cyclists entered and emerged with big smiles.

Das Ristorante hält sich seit Jahren ohne Einschränkung an der Spitze. Typisch italienische Küche mit immer wechselnden Tages-Empfehlungen. Dazu schöne Weine und im Service die treue Seele Liane und seit ein paar Jahren nun auch Ramona. Wir hoffen sehr, Nico bleibt SPO noch ein paar Jahre erhalten - wir kommen gerne wieder. Grazie Mille!

Restaurant was almost empty, 2 tables out of twenty was occupied. The order "One Pizza Napoletana and one beer, please" was answered in German that they don't understand English. After saying "ein Pizza Napoletana und ein Bier" they've got it. The staff was on the border of being rude. Pizza was served on paper dish (I was sitting in the restaurant) and no tools provided. Poor service, pizza is average. :-(

Went as part of our day trip to Salzburg beautiful place great atmosphere.Food very good had the turkey snitzel with potatoes.Unique desert sort of a puffy white meringue top with a berry compote inside.well worth the visit.Also at night there are Mozart concerts.

Visited Pasquale in March 2019 during a week staying at SPO. It's a great place for authentic Italian over the counter food, excellent quality and freshness. Our stays ended up being 2hours+ also enjoying conversations with neighbors at the table ... it's a very friendly atmosphere with a lot of regular guests and of course the ones sitiing in once or twice. By the way ... Pasquale's pizza's have even improved, he just made #1 place at the Pizza contest for Northern Germany (or is it all Germany) in February 2019, he was a runner up last year (second place). His garlic bread combined with the fresh prosciutto is till top, the insalata caprese is ranks top too (in my humble opinion). And you have to try the mussels during when they offer it.
