Before coming here, I did read the negative reports on TripAdvisor and I find it really hard to believe that any of these experiences are based upon genuine assessments.After my fourth visit, I can wholeheartedly say that all of the following: Hospitality, selection, quality of food, ambience, service are all simply second to none.Mauri is a character, who doesnât cave and naturally doesnât match the âold establishmentâsâ 19th century ânot invented hereâ view.Go figure - you will be excited: guaranteed!Dear I-Love-Zermatt,we love your comments! One of my Italian friends once told me that I should first order "Minestrone" and if the soup is not greasy, the vegetables are fresh and tasty, only then decide to stay on in the restaurant. I was positively impressed by the âminestroneâ with various fresh Italian vegetables. My wife and I, together with our friends, visited this restaurant in Männedorf as I read the article about this newly opened restaurant in a local newspaper. The restaurant is conveniently located, about 100m from the railway station in Oberdorf, also not so far from the ship-landing of Männedorf. The restaurant itself is not so big and in this evening on Friday the restaurant was full. What we also appreciated was the fact that they have their own parking spaces for their own guests. What we get here is the food that a traditional Italian family would cook, say, on a Saturday, for an evening family dinner. Their various dishes are fresh and indeed reminded me of Italian family dishes. I had "veal steak with sweet primitivo-onion sauce and risotto". It was excellent. I really hope that this restaurant will survive in the tough world of gastronomy. We will definitely visit this restaurant often in the future.

This Italian restaurant offers not only a wide range of excellent pizzas (created with the help of a huge 'Pizza Holzofen'), but also other freshly prepared Italian dishes and seasonal specialties. Nice atmosphere with acceptable prices and very friendly personnel.

closer to schindellegi than to wollerau, they have a wide menu with apetizers, salds, soups, meat, shrinps, pasta and pizza. their pizza "fabio" has a good truffle taste and smell for 23 sfr. honest home italian food at an average all included of 50 sfr per person

Accidentally walked into that little street next to the post office and found this little Restaurant (re opened in Nov 2017); made reservation for the same day. After a very friendly welcome we decided to try the pizzas. Only fresh ingredients and a great consistent of the dough; thin and crispy. What a treat. We definitely will go back as Gustav is better than the other ones... pleasant decor at the inside dining room and nice summer terrasse. service polite, efficient and enthusiastic.average salad "caprese", average picatta milanese (meat a bit hard, to be honest) and poor grilled cuttlefish.good flavoring in general, but raw material should improve. pizzas are good and the best option in this restaurant, standard swiss price: 35 / 50 francs per person can be taken as an average.

We attended here for a few beverages and a pizza. The restaurant was packed...which is generally a good sign. Most staff could not speak English, so that was a bit of a challenge for us. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our meal, beverages & ambiance.

Ithis restaurant is also a hotel, where i spent an awfull night four years ago, so i had not tried the restaurant.As time has ekaped, i gave the chance. My mistake! Pasta was not good, lake fish was bad, even the latte macchiatto was poor. The service was fae below swiss standards.Their terrasse is nice in sunny days.I will not returm.

The service is often good (not perfect but friendly and accurate. Some times a bit long). The menu is always good or very good. I never had a disappointment and always select something new. I have also been there with my family in the eve and was quite busy, confirming it is indeed a good choice!

Debbie's is a warm, inviting restaurant with a wonderfully delicious menu, right in the heart of Richterswil. You feel at home right away with the cozy atmosphere. Upon request, Debbie baked her amazing carrot cake for our surprise birthday party and presented it herself, to our guest of honour! Our group was sitting on the beautiful, outdoor balcony and when it became a little windy, were we moved inside to be a little warmer. The care and the quality of service is exceptional. Debbie's is not to be missed!
