Located in the northwest of the country, the province has the capital of San Miguel de Tucumán, often shortened to Tucumán. It's a busy modern bistro that's quite popular with the ladies. The menu serves more than the usual Argentinian grills and they have burgers, salad, pasta etc. The selection is quite good considering I usually find that many Argentinian eateries lack variety and don't go beyond the typical grilled meat.I went with a big group of friends and I heard they're famous for the "Black burger" as it's served on black buns with charcoal and that's apparently delicious according to my friends who had it. My partner ordered some ravioli pasta (can't remember the exact one) and it's quite tasty. I had a chicken Caesar salad and it isn't too bad. The chicken is tender (unlike many other restaurants in Argentina that tend to serve chicken that's too overcooked) and that's quite enjoyable for me.They have this juice drink and the "Green" drink is very tasty. In fact, all of us ordered all the colors and we re-ordered our respective juices, so I guess that means it's really good.It's quite an unexpected place in a small town of Tucuman. We actually went back there the next day.

This is a friendly place, and the staff is nice, but it can be a little hard to find.My taxi driver had a hard time finding Alla Nonna Pictruccia. It sits nears the corner of Av Fco de Aguirre and Munecas. It appears to share the corner with a service station.Once inside, the place is very clean and pleasant. I can see why the locals like to visit here.The food is served fast and was OK.I think that I am probably being overly hard on the restaurant. This is not a 5 star restaurant, but if you are in the area and are hungry, this might be a good place for a late night dinner.I had lasagna and bootle of wind. For the price, it was ok.While an OK place, I would not drive across town to visit.

Quizás uno de los mejores lugares para comer pastas en Tucumán. Sin embargo la ambientación se quedó en el tiempo. Lugar cerrado y con cero acústica. Adicionalmente lenta la entrega de los platos.Si no vas temprano , debes ir con reserva.Una pena que no seas mas acogedorFuimos un grupo grande,entre las pastas comimos sorrentinos de calabaza queso y almendras,con salsa mi cocina. También sorrentinos de muzzarella y jamón con salsa de hongo y quesos, sorrentinos de calabaza, con salsa "alla caruzzo ravioles, de seso con salsa scarparo y los fazzolettinis con salsa mi cocina. Todos los platos espectaculares.Hay una pequeña galerÃa al aire libe que en el invierno la cierran con un toldo calefaccionado.Los precios son muy elevados, justifica las pastas, el resto, no.¿te fue útil?

PizzerÃa normal, para paladares sin grandes pretensiones. No es cara ni mala, pero he probado mil pizzas a la piedra mejores en Bs As. Soy de allÃ, y vine a ésta pizzerÃa x recomendación de Tripadvisor estando de viaje de turismo. Calculo que Yerba Buena debe tener mejores pizzerÃas. La atención es esmerada y rápida, pero la variedad que pedà al menos y la masa de la de piedra no son gran cosa. Para comer sin exigencias va bien, tanto adentro, si hace mucho calor, como afuera, que tiene un amplio espacio.

Have eaten here many times as I have visited SM de Tucuman. Menu is fairly extensive with good service and a nice atmosphere. Really enjoy the different pasta and meat/salmon plates.

The staff at Il Postino were exceptionally kind and courteous to this Spanish-impaired traveler. The pizza was very good and amazingly inexpensive by US standards. The rest of the food was OK but we returned for the pizza and the friendly service. Visited in 2009 and hope this review is still accurate.
