We went there with a party of four. Itâs the old city hall, with nice details and even the old gaol!The food was very nice and delicate. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, albeit that the service was very slow (the whole meal took us 3 hours) and forgetful (they forgot one of the dishes). I think the fault lies more with the kitchen than with the staff. The wines were ok, small wine list.All in all a nice local restaurant!So+ : surroundings and food- : length of service and uncomfortably noisy

We stopped here for a late supper after a couple of beers in town and found the service to be quick and friendly. Although it seems mainly a takeaway, you can also eat inside and there are several tables.We shared a pizza and a Greek salad, and both were fine. The pizza had a generous and moist topping, but the edge was too crisp and biscuity for my taste (I prefer a Neapolitan style of crust that you can fold).We had ordered a pepperoni pizza and thought at first that they had got the order wrong, as we got a vegetable pizza with no meat. When I looked at the menu again however, I realised that pepperoni here literally means âpeppersâ and not the spicy sausage that we know in the UK and USA. So the message is - read the menu properly!

An authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of Ootmarsum. Of course you are welcome for a Pizza or Pasta , but we also serve delicious meat and fish dishes. You are welcome for diner and lunch or enjoy a self-made ice-cream. See you in Ootmarsum

We had dinner here after recommendation. The atmosphere was alright (probably more local than italian), staff was very helpful. Some dishes were very nice, others were just a but too " normal" for an italian. Worth the dinner but don't expect high class food. Price/quality was excellent..

We were introduced to la cupola by our friend and were pleasantly surprised.Sardinian food which tasted authentic and delicious.I had the grilled prawns were great and tasted the white pizza with Gorgonzola cheese simply delicious.Service was great and the restaurant is small and warm. Highly recommended
