Out of date "lunch special" price on tattered menu adjacent to register. Two out of three same price lunch specials rang up incorrectly. When brought to the attention of person in charge, the difference was refunded. Wait time seemed excessive for a pizza slice and side salad. Pizza tasted okay, but excessively greasy. Small side salad was fresh and tasty. Soda machine was self-serve with complimentary refills. We introduced ourselves as first-time patrons. However, the demeanor of the person in charge was anything but welcoming. In fact, he seemed to be annoyed by our questions!I do not normally respond to reviews, but will make an exception in regards to this one. The discrepancy you pointed out on the receipt was the total of the lunch special of $8.31 to include the 9.5% in tax. You paid the proper amount for the total order, but I felt in the moment you were owed something as you seemed to feel duped in some way by my business. I refunded you the tax diffrence ( I paid your tax for 2 specials). Now on to the outdated menu that is laminated. We had already ordered a new menu which I explained more than once. You then explained for a third time we should update it. It was at this point I was finished trying please you as you mentioned. I answer all the questions I can and it was your comments not questions that caused my disconnect from the situation. We have great reputation over a 7 year period and if we make a legitimate mistake believe me we will own it! Sorry I could not manage your expectations during your visit. Thank you for trying us out. Great Italian food in a nice atmosphere in downtown Leavenworth. Ordered the Shrimp Diablo which was very good. Entree came with bread and a delicious dinner salad. Service was stop on. A real gemIf youâre in town.

Everyone in my group had the traditional Italian food from appetizer to dessert and it was wonderful. There sauce is great. The waitress was so nice and pleasant. Can't wait to go back again.
