Je recommande vivement pour les pizzas à emporter à Cherbourg. Plus cher que le concurrent mais elles sont bien meilleures : pâte très bonne et goutue , bien garnie et de bonne qualité (saumon), personnel aimable et souriant. On est toujours servi rapidement ! Que ce soit à emporter ou en livraison. Je vous conseille chaudement la pizza saumon suprême !

We walked along the Quay trying to decide where to eat - this place looked very sweet from the outside very traditional. Run by two lovely ladies who were very efficient and pleasant. we had the pizza which was huge and very tasty and a bavette in sauce a l'ancienne again tasty with some very nice chips done a bit differently. We felt very at home and thought it ticked all the boxes. The pizza was so big my husband couldn't eat it all so they put the rest in some foil for us to take away- very enjoyable on the ferry home the next day!We often spend the night in Cherbourg before getting the ferry and will definately go back - I noticed reviewers complaining that the staff don't speak English - lots of English speaking customers when we were there and staff doing their best and after all why should they? Merci Madames.

Visited La Pizza 3 times during our stay. Excellent food and excellent service . The proprietor made us very welcome even though we were not fluent in French, his English was good and he had a brilliant sense of humour, remembering us each visit. We had different pizzas , all amazing! A favourite one being Camembert. The crepes were incredible especially Chocoban with Nutella. The restaurant is cosy with a great atmosphere and we laughed with a lot of the other French speaking guests, especially on Thursday night as it was night market in Cherbourg and there was entertainment outside. Even when the restaurant was incredibly busy, the service was excellent. Loved this place!

Waiting on the ferry to Portsmouth decided to have a decent meal as the catamaran crossing only has a limited snack bar. This is obviously very popular place as very busy which is always a good sign. Had a table for us immediately with quick service but in no hurry to rush you. Small family run pizza take away in Cherbourg, very close to the centre and the port.Simply the best pizza. Small wood burning traditional oven. Individually handmade and cooked in two's so don't be in a rush. Order the pizza, go for a drink or walk and return 15 to 20 minutes later to collect at the agreed time. It is worth the little extra time as I think it is the best pizza I have ever had. Found by accident when walking past and the smell was so wonderful we had to try. Never go to Cherbourg now without getting pizza here.

I was in Cherbourg on business and I and my colleague had lunch here. It was a fun place with really good food, good service, excellent prices. Food quality was very good. I would easily eat here again. Highly recommend for lunch.

Nice restaurant with a good range on the menu. Wine selection OK. We have eaten Italian around the World - advice for the Roma chef, less pepper - the dishes we ate were nice but rather spoilt by an excess of pepper on both. The al-dente cooking is nice, but again required 45 to 60 seconds longer to be perfect.Thank you.
