Lors de ma commande on m'annonce 30 minutes de délai. 1h plus tard pas de livraison. J'appelle le restaurant , on me passe le responsable qui me dit que le livreur est parti à une autre adresse pour une raison qu'il ignore. Il me fait comprendre que Ma demande L'agace et que je dois patienter. Aucune excuse de sa part il m'a répondu avant de raccrocher " ca arrivera quand ça arrivera "!!! j'étais atterrée !!!!! 2h d'attente au total , aucune excuse et aucun geste commercial !!!!pLUS JAMAIS

Mon avis concerne essentiellement le magasin...... donc par voie de conséquence le bar......Si vous avez besoin de pizza pour vous dépanner, ou pour un vrai repas , câest la bonne adresse de plus divers produits dâorigines italiennes vous permettront dâagrémenter votre repas, lâaccueil est sympathique et la qualité présente.... donc allez y....

Pause déjeuner au coeur de l'après midi, et choix d'une pizza al taglio (à la part). Bonne surprise car pour 5 ans, bonne pâte et jambon aux herbes. Accueil convivial et service rapide.

We visited La Villa this week.The restaurant is well presented as is the food.Sadly the appearance of the food was not matched by the quality of the ingredients or the way it was cooked.My goats cheese parcel (starter) was obviously purchased from the French equivalent of Costco and was poorly cooked as well.The steak ordered was impossible to cut up and inedible when that task was completed. The fries were probably McCanns cheaper version.I just couldnât face a desert and went back to my hotel for a sandwich.Give this place a definite miss.Hello GrahsmJ,However, we work with quality products, incomparable with products from Costco. Our cooks made the entire map in our restaurant. Only french fries are not homemade.Sorry for the inconvenience.The direction.

Style, quality of food and a nice welcome.Ignore disgruntled reviews, this is a fine carefully crafted restaurant you would expect to find in Sloane Square or Chelsea.I admire the owners in providing high quality Italian food at reasonable prices with a personal service.We will be back with friends. This Italian restaurant serves excellent pizzas and very good carpaccio. Ours were on thin crisp bases and the quality of the ingredients were excellent. A welcome find and they stayed open for longer than the other restaurants near by. Certainly recommended.

Once seated, the countdown starts.Wine comes first, but already opened. Is it the wine ordered ???Then, you wait for 45 minutes before getting your plate.Yes, pastas are good, but the plate is half empty. After 5 poor forks, you have finished.All around is very noisy...In short, avoid this restaurant.
