OMG! This is one of the worst dining experiences I've had. We have been here several times before and enjoyed the experience each time. The location was almost empty when we went in around 4:00 PM on a Sunday. After being seated, the first thing I noticed was the staff huddled around the bar all taking and joking. After sitting for 5-minutes I caught the eye of some who appeared to be the manager (also with the group at the bar). She finally told someone to assist us. The hostess started out friendly enough and took our order in the proper manner. It took almost 1/2 hour for the pizza to be delivered to the table. The pizza was more lukewarm than hot like most pizzas are when delivered to the table. The pizza was soggy at best. No utensils were given to us. When asked for them, the hostess had an attitude. One of us ordered a soft drink and it was never refilled, Since the pizza was non-plus, I asked for more bbq sauce. It took almost 7-minutes for a simple small cup of this to be delivered. It was interesting to watch the the staff. The little gab-fest moved from the bar area over to a stand where orders were sent to the kitchen. Employees were leaning at the station and talking instead of going elsewhere to talk. The restaurant manager never did anything about this. The hostess brought the bill to us but did not explain she would process the payment nor was there a thank you from her.

This stop is always a must when in town for business. Everyone can order their own pizzas of various sizes and get the toppings of their liking. The restaurant also has amazing salads and Italian dishes/sandwiches. Someone in our party almost always orders the "Mini Pearl" pizza. It is a down home hearty option. I order the pepperoni selection and have never been disappointed.
