We visited Jamie's Italian, Bluewater purely as a last choice as everywhere else had a minimum wait for a table or had ques out the door. I now see why.There were 4 of us eating yesterday 1st Dec 2018, 2 adults and 2 children.Firstly I have to say the girl who served us yesterday was absolutely fantastic and could not apologise enough for the delay in bringing us the food and for how poor it looked and tasted.She organised a discount without any pressure or encouragement from ourselves, Which to be honest on reflection seems to have come too easily and would indicate that it be normal and repeated behaviour???I suspect Mr Oliver would be extremely unhappy with the quality of the food being served. I also suspect Mr Oliver has never seen the inside of most of "Jamies" eateries!!!The veggie burger I had was tasteless and felt like it came straight off a hot plate (not cooked but heated on a hot plate)The kids had chicken lollipops with healthy fries, that is if you could call uncooked sweet potato fries healthy. They were also given a salad in an airtight container, very healthy I know but as most of us, parents and grandparents know. Kids eating salad is a very rare and wondrous thing indeed. I suspect it was served in an airtight container as someone had the great idea of, it's not been touched by human hands so let's hoover it up and pass it on the next health-conscious child.The only problem with that Mr Oliver is. After a while, the salad starts to discolour and go brown then black. It might be worth re-training staff on the discolouration warning signs of aged food. That might just be a minor point but I don't think customers like to be served what looks like re-served food. You might get away with it if, it's clean looking. Just my non-expert opinion of course.One good point was. My wife ate all her lasagne. But even then 35 quid for a reasonable lasagne with most of the other meals being rubbish is a tad steep methinks.Needless to say, the foodie in this McGoldrick family will not see the inside of a "Jamie's" again.

We booked for our sons birthday.the atmosphere was good as was the service we had a very pleasant relaxed meal and werenât rushed. The food was cooked fresh which gave us time to have a rest between courses and socialise. The whole experience was one which we shall definitely repeat. The food was exceptional and cooked to perfection.

Such a lovely place. Couldn't expect anything better. Perfect place to eat fresh and healthy food. We where here Saturday evening. Very happy as we see they do deliveries via Deliveroo app. Our Sunday dinner we ordered via Deliveroo app. It's very easy to order and you don't need to pay cash in hand as you pay with your bank card via app.

We regularly visit this restaurant. However just when we thought things couldnât get better they have. The food is amazing. The staff are more than helpful. We always leave here happy. Would certainly recommend. New added feature they now have a singing chef and he is amazing. Well done Il Padrino. We will be back.

On a visit to UK my brother took me out for breakfast. Breakfast deal £11.50 per person full cooked. Both breakfast served with cold mushrooms and cold grilled tomatoes and one with overcooked poached eggs. Breakfast sent back brought again with all the rest of the breakfast pushed from one plate to the other in a heap with fresh poached eggs. Took ages to get waiters attention even standing at the table next to us. Told we would not be charged for one breakfast but still charged £16.60 which is not half of £23. Wish we had just walked out when the breakfast was brought back piled on plate. Spoke to manageress who whilst looking at the till said "Sorry hope this did not spoil your experience here and that you will come back." What do think !!Dear Peter S and Paul S,Firstly, I would like to express my sincerest apologies on behalf of the whole team here at Bluewater for the appalling impression we left the two of you, after Breakfast on Friday.I cannot go far enough to stress that this is not the level of service and hospitality that I expect from our team members - nor is it the normal, high standards we set here at Carluccio's. It is also completely against our standards to re-heat/re-plate any food, your breakfast should have been completely re-prepared for you. I was left so shocked by your feedback - and as the general manager I have personally investigated this with the Manager on Duty and my Head Chef to ensure that it never happens again to any of our guests. Even though your breakfast was clearly far below standard, I feel we really did not win you back as we should have before you left the restaurant and you have left, feeling so disappointed.Primarily however, I would really love to be able to speak to one of you over the phone to be able to personally apologise and hopefully be able to convince you to give us another chance. Went here for an impromptu lunch on Sunday. No trouble seating us without a reservation as wasnât very busy. Waitress was very pleasant and attentive.Food arrived in a timely manor and was really nice, tasty, hot and good portion size.Cost was approx £16 for a main and a soft drink which is quite expensive but nice for a treat.

We had chicken arancini & mozzarella carols to start and they were fantastically tasty. 2 super tasty pizzas followed, Roma chicken vesuvio & Roma pepperoni picante. We finished with super authentic italian gelato. With 25% off the food with our cinema tickets on Tuesdays, it was also good value...under £40inc.tip
