Reviews on Italian food in Geneva, Canton of Geneva, Switzerland. The shores of Lake Geneva have attracted visitors and invaders for millennia. The cheerful city of Geneva sits on the lake's western shore, lofty snowcapped peaks creating a gorgeous backdrop on all sides. The city is perfect for exploring on foot; rent a bike to venture further. The top of any itinerary should be visits to Geneva's lakefront and its famed water fountain, the Flower Clock in the English Garden, St. Peter's Cathedral, Reformation Wall, Place Neuve and the birthplace of the U.N.

We went for dinner in this Italian restaurant on a friday evening. I have to say, I was very surprised by how calm it was in the restaurant. We were almost the only people there.Service was friendly and efficient. We ordered spaghetti alle vongole and penne al salmone. We got offered some fried rice balls as an appetizer to start off our meal. I had ordered a prosecco, which would have been lovely, were it not that the bubbles had long gone from my drink. I guess the bottle of prosecco must have been open for a while. The interior of the restaurant is very nice: with an inviting bar to have drinks and lots of big pictures of Italian cities. Very beautiful. The pasta was great: the spaghetti alle vongole was cooked perfectly al dente. The glass of white wine I had with my dinner was nice too. Guess next time I just won't order a prosecco anymore.

We were staying in Geneva over night for an early flight and found this gem! Had an appetizer of prosciutto, fresh mozzarella with olive oil and basalmic vinaigrette. We shared a spaghetti pasta with a cream sauce with chicken and mushrooms!! Dessert was wonderful!! Highly recommend!!

Petit bistrot authentique des années 1900, servant pour le déjeuner une restauration a base de pâtes et pour le soir, un bar a cocktail et a vin, le tout dans une ambiance chaleureuse.
Decent pasta served in a cosy little restarant. Be prepared to queue to get a seat. Decent local wine too. Had a fantastic meal sitting at the bar. Worth the wait.

Upon entering we were made welcome, and the waiter service and food did not disappoint.A nice corner bistro - Italian Restaurant with sunlight streaming through its large windows. Popular for its homemade pasta. I had the Ravioli while my husband opted for the Stuffed Eggplant. The cellar includes 30 wines by the glass.

We speak French, Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese "MILAN" Restaurant in Geneva is not a 3 stars Michelin. We are just an Elegant Italian "Brasserie" working with the best ingredients to elaborate great dishes. Our mission is to give the best time pos
We dined here recently and thoroughly enjoyed every bite! The menu is extensive and we chose a variety of items. The saffron risotto â perfect consistency and delicious. Spaghetti Bolognaise was devoured as was the Penne Norma. The dessert menu was also extensive, two of us having ice-cream and one choosing the Plum Tart. It would be a good idea to book a table, but we were lucky that although they were busy, they took pity on us as it was a really wet evening, so they accommodated us. Very pleasant homely atmosphere with tables outside. Staff are really pleasant.

Prices are crazy like everywhere in Geneve. A pizza 26 franc is incredible for italians people, anyway we had a pizza and carrettiera pasta. Pizza is acceptable and the pasta was good. Service kind and quick

Visited for lunch and enjoyed a really good meal with attentive and professional service throughout. Tosca will have been open for some three years this summer and has a couple of set menus best ordered in the evening perhaps however our lunch of suckling pig was well prepared and with some ice cream and sorbets for dessert left us wanting to return again soon for dinner. The restaurant is just a little out of the way from the centre of Geneva and parking is not easy but it is worth making the effort. Not too many open wines which is a slight drawback at lunch but they served a couple of small tasting dishes before our main course which was a definite plus. Please note that there is a cafe / bistro which may be a good option for lunch where there is more emphasis on pasta dishes. I can quite understand that the restaurant has one Michelin star and I strongly recommend that you try Tosca out next time you are in Geneva either for lunch or dinner.

Waiters are so nice and kind. Menu is a bit short but you can order outside the menu as well, ask the waiters for options. Burrata and tomato was fresh and tasty. Ravioli is suberp! Goat kid is also niceExpensive but worth it
