Brasilia is a good place to eat Pizza. Valentina is one of the best specialized restaurants in town. The pizza is tasty and you can enjoy here a huge variety of combinations. My recommendation goes for leek and parma ham. Good service; a bit pricey...

La Fornacella is a complete hidden gem in a rather ugly, uninteresting quadra of Brasilia. However, by contrast with other supposedly Italian restaurants in the city, La Fornacella does offer real Italian food. Pizza base is crispy and really thin. Appetizers such as 'suppli' are really done in the very Roman style. It has a good selection of wines, and -what a surprise for Brasilia-, they are served at good temperature and particularly, the waiters know how to serve it. And a good price ends a perfect dinner.

I am an American and this is definitely one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Crust was nice and thin - a little crunch and not soggy. Not too much sauce and it tasted fresh. The mozzarella was super. Yes, it's pricey for pizza but definitely a gourmet pizza.

My wife and I have been to vila tevere early November 2016. We ordered a carmenere house wine (61 reais), a ravioli filled with Brie (60 reais), half portion of 4 cheese gnocchi (40 reais), a cheese cake (26 reais) and brownie (22 reais). Bill was around 230 reais. Everything was delicious. I ordered the ravioli, and ate it VERY slowly as I was dreaming about Italy while savoring it. We have been to Tuscany a couple of years ago, and this was one of the closest things we could get to Italy in Brazil. Purists will say that Italy is much better. Well, it is impossible to replicate the same recipes in Brazil because of the lack of ingredients (finding tartufo in Brazil for instance is near impossible). Nevertheless, this restaurant is really something. Looking forward to come back again already!Ps: sometimes this restaurant has coupons (in websites like Groupon or peixe urbano) that make the visit more affordable. Check this out before going.

Trattoria da Rosario is located in a very good neighborhood in BrasÃlia, Lago Sul.The restaurant is large, nicely decorated. It accepts reservations and is open even on holidays. The food is well prepared, with fine ingredients and tends to the taste of Brazilian/Italian patrons. You may find some dishes with a French inspiration. The portions are big, and the price is high, but in the same range of other top restaurants in the city.

I visited Cosi as a recommendation from a good friend, it was excellent, not only the service is great but every dish is made carefully, the Foie Gras dishes are to die for... all pasta and the ossobuco is just superb!!

Never going back again! Good food and nice prices since there's the Brasilia Restaurant Week menu this week, but the service is horrible. My family and I waited for 20 minutes until a waitress came to assist us. It was a headache every time we needed help with something - the service team wasn't helpful or competent. My fresh orange juice took 30 minutes to come (after the food was already served). The bill came with the wrong items. More 10 minutes waiting to pay the bill.

A massive buffet will wait you in this restaurant. The food is good, in the buffet you had a lot of Italian and brasilian dishes that you can try. We try a lot of things and they was good.

A good Italian restaurant, cozy and inviting with good food and good wines.
Excelente cantina a metros do meu condomÃnio! Se soubesse que era tão bom teria voltado antes! Gostei da fartura da comida, do cardápio, do atendimento e dos preços, que não são abusivos. Certamente voltaremos para apreciar outros pratos!
