Very delicious ice cream served by very friendly staff. No more no less just good!I took the vanilla and mocca with a touch of cream. I also taste the coconut and citrus. Mix some flavors and you wonât be disappointed!

La Pergola is the only authentic Italian restaurant in Baarle-Nassau. Located on the Chaamseweg, this is where to go if you want a tasty Italian pizza. Don't be mistaken by the cheap takeaway across the street. La Pergola sits hidden in the back of a driveway, right behind a French restaurant. The owners are of Sardinian descent and besides a more than decent pizza, they'll also make various pasta dishes. Sometimes the pizzas may be a little on the salty side and expect them to use Dutch style cheese instead of mozzarella, as is custom for pizzerias in the Netherlands. The staff is generally very friendly and accomodating. You can also order and takeaway pizzas and pasta here. You'll find no better Italian cuisine in Baarle or the surrounding area. As opposed to a few years ago, it's now possible to also pay with a bank card as they have a PIN machine.

We tried the pizza with thuna & vegetables and pesto & ham, it was really tasty! The pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven, and you can really taste the difference between this and the other pizzas you find nearby. The ice cream is delicious as well! Last but not least the atmosphere is magic, simple but cozy! Weâre definitely try it again :)
