Just north of Belluno, Veneto, we stumbled upon this place as we were searching for a friend's birthplace. Literally half way up the mountainside. Small, quaint restaurant with all the modern amenities. Run by a husband and wife who moved their from Venice. I had a wonderful plate of gnocchi in gorgonzola and my wife had gnocchi in a Bolognese sauce. Both were excellent and you could tell the gnocchi were home made. Half a carafe of white wine and the bill came to 20 Euros. Above the restaurant they also have rooms to rent for various lengths of stays. Beautiful vista looking into the valley and surrounding mountains.

Cena nel ristorante dell'omonimo hotel che offre una cucina casalinga principalmente incentrata sulla tradizione del territorio con qualche scelta della tradizione nazionale. Il menù è essenziale e con scelta limitata, tuttavia le pietanze sono cucinate ottimamente e con il senso di leggerezza. Veramente ottimi i tradizionali cazunzei alle rape rosse con burro fuso e ricotta affumicata così come le altre pietanze. Servizio molto cortese e famigliare, Buono il rapporto qualità -prezzo.

La pizza è davvero buona ma il locale sarebbe davvero da rinnovare, dalla sala al bancone al bagno. Servizio un pò lento nonostante non ci fosse molta gente. Ho ordinato il tiramisù e mi è arrivato caldo, ma intendo scaldato....non l'ho ancora capita

Went for evening meal. Waitress never smiled or made eye contact with us. Banged food down on table and seemed in a very bad mood with everything. Food disappointing- bread hard and stale. Other young waitress pleasant but seemed to be bullied by grumpy one. Family next to us ordered 5 pizzas. Two were given wrong orders and one had to wait so long that the others had all finished.

Nice place, good service and super meat (tagliata al gorgonzola)!Good beers! We had a lot of fun.Only regret: it's far away from the center and you definitely need a car if you go there.

Nous y avons pris des pizzas à emporter. Très grand choix sur la carte. Très bonne pizza à pâte fine cuite au feu de bois. Très bon rapport qualité prix (pizza à 8,50⬠en moyenne). On recommande !

This rifugio is about 1h from passo Duran, where you can leave the car. The place is warm and friendly, with a nice outlook. Being close to the city it has some comforts and a good choice of food. They have a lot of seats outside, but the space inside is limited, so if you are more than 2 people it is suggested to call and reserve.

We stopped to eat at this pizza place on a way to nearby Falcade ski resort for lunch. We ordered special ones with moulded blue cheese with walnuts and rucola and it was fantastic. For the drinks you can choose from various kinds of beers and grappas. I remember beeing at Da Silvio's couple a years ago while skiing in the Dolomites and I remember that the owner Rade used to have ten different kinds of homemade grappas and that was fantastic. Overall nice place in Agordo in the midlle of Dolomites and I would certanly recomend it.

As a frequent traveler to Agordo, I stop at Carla's for great polenta with meat stews (deer being my favourite) and forest mushrooms and other delicious sided. Finish everything well with homemade grappas.
