Food has always been good, but their loyalty program, destroyed my loyalty to them. First off, prior to joining the loyalty program, I had been to Anthony's in and around Florida approx 10 times. Including their original location in Ft. Lauderdale. I have taken all of my friends and family to Anthony's, and then I was offered to join the program. When you join the program, you will start to receive way too frequent annoying marketing messages, so I turned off these messages through our log in page. It turns out, when you do this, you also turn off all of the recognition messages as well. So I didn't get my birthday desert, I didn't get the free pizza on national pizza day and more. So this is hugely disappointing to know that because they decide to send emails constantly, their loyal customer don't get to receive the benefits of the program. I ordered takeout one night and was told that I had a $25 coupon available that expired in June. My father loves this place, so I decided to use the coupon in a couple weeks so I could return with him. When I returned I was told there was no coupon available. I told the manager that I was told my coupon expired in June, and I have yet to redeem any coupons through the program. Such a scam!!!! The manager took my phone number and said he would look into it, and call me back when he found out. That was 2 months ago and I haven't heard from anyone. It's obvious that they don't give a rats *ss about their customers. As a matter of fact, most of the time, I have had to call back to have them add my recent purchases to my loyalty account, because they keep forgetting to add the purchase to my profile. After hearing nothing from the manager, I logged onto my profile myself, to discover the coupon expired "2 DAYS PRIOR TO MY VISIT". Are you freakin kidding me! What a joke, so after around 20 visits total, I finally earn a small recognition of a $25 coupon, and it expired 2 days before I try to redeem it. Anthony's is a fairly expensive restaurant, but I'm going to find somewhere else, where they actually appreciate me as a customer. Bye Anthony!

Our Group of 20 family members started celebrating our parents 60th Wedding Anniversary with lunch at Fiorellaâs Concord. Saturday at 1:00, we had the entire room at the back of the restaurant to ourselves, very comfortably seated at 2 long tables next to each other. We had worked with Leslie, assistant manager ahead of time to plan the menu/event.Garlic breadsticks, small house salad and toasted raviolis are all included with a choice of 4 entrees chosen ahead of time. Our group enjoyed a choice of Chicken Parm, Fusilli Bolognese, Seafood Fresco and Chicken Marsala. Everyone thought the food was great! We also had bottles of Pinot Grigio and Tuscan Red for the tables as well as soft drinks offered. We did not have dessert at the restaurant.....saved that for the all day after party at our home in Boxborough. From the planning (very easy with Leslie being extremely helpful and easy to work with) to the great food and terrific service, we are very happy with our decision to celebrate at Fiorellaâs! Thanks and see you soon for dinner!Kathy and John

We were in Concord babysitting our grandson while my daughter was in the hospital. We needed some grab-and-go food. Walden's really filled the bill with grilled chicken salads (Hubby's had a garden salad and I had a Greek Salad). Delicious! There was a ton of grilled chicken on the salad - way more than I've gotten in pricier restaurants. And - I was in and out within 10 minutes without pre-odering. Great service! Thank you Walden's. You made a stressful day a little bit better.

Came in on our way through town for a quick bite. Initially told us a 30 minute wait and only waited 15 minutes when a table opened up. My daughter and I had the Mediterranean quinoa falafel salad. It was one of the best salads I have had in a long time and I eat salad everyday. It was flavorful with lots of ingredients and filling. My husband had the meatball fra diavolo and said it was delicious. My mother had fish tacos and enjoyed them as well. Everything was wonderful. The only draw back was the volume level. It was impossible to have a conversation on a bustling Friday night. Would highly recommend!

I've now ordered from here one time - it is the closest place to a new home we moved into recently. The pizza was good - cooked well and not too doughy. The restaurant itself does have booth style seating for people who want to eat-in and also offers delivery services to local towns. The menu is pretty typical and had few surprises. They have several nice deserts available which is a little unusual including chocolate mousse, tiramisu, and others. I look forward to eating from here again.

Family Style Italian.
Formerly Bella Famiglia - They retired. There's another one in Groton, BTW. - Anyhow... Great everything - North-end quality/taste Full License; good wine selection - chosen by someone with clue. Full, but separate bar. bizarre pizza selection - try some - (Fra Diavelo). Large portions with friendly doggie bag service. Everything I've tried is up to (my) standard for taste and presentation.
