Once in a while, you stumble on somewhere absolutely enchanting, and this is one of those places. Excellent location, wonderful service, and great, reasonably priced cooking. Not a big menu, a good sign in my book, with everything we ate authentic and beautifully cooked.

The brunch was very good. Bread with jam, bitter and honey, a cold and a warm drink and yummy pancakes. And certainly enough!!! A nice place with friendly people.

We decided to explore Ile d'Oleron today and happened across this place. I had the risotto with lotte and chorizo and it was amazing. Hubby had the fish tartare and loved his also. The seasoning in both was perfect - obviously the chef knows what he's doing. They have a very respectable house rosé also and the service was great. If I'm in the area again I will definitely go back. Prices are very reasonable - 2 mains and wine for â¬45!

We went to this small restaurant on recommendation. The atmosphere was warm and friendly with a good buzz of happy customers. The quality of the seafood and the cooking was exemplary. Absolutely superb with a clever lightness of touch.The St Pierre filet was cooked beautifully with delicious fresh young vegetables. Dessert was simple and precise!Impeccable as they say in France......we will be returning soon!
