Nice restaurant and beautifully presented food. Personally I thought it was a little 'style over substance' The food was good but very fussy in presentation. I ordered fish - it arrived coiled tightly in a ring with loads of garnish and swirls! I prefer simpler presentation but others may like this. Very friendly and helpful staff - definitely worth a visit you are made to feel special.

We were in an all inclusive hotel but couldn't resist the smell of fish and chips. It definitely didn't disappointFish was enormous. chips were brill. Soft buttered rolls yummy. We visited this restaurant last week. The food we got was absolutely fantastic. The couple who run this Portuguese restaurant were so welcoming and friendly. We visited El Tiburon twice last week whilst staying at the Country Club just up the road. Really good friendly service and the food fantastic. I particularly liked the scallop starter (I had that both times!!) and the seafood paella was excellentHighly recommended

Received a warm friendly welcome from Antonia and David. A varied menu serving breakfast lunch and dinner in a relaxed setting. Lovely wines and scrumptious deserts - as a coeliac I had an excellent choice of locally sourced and freshly cooked meals and was delighted to have a couple of portions of the most amazing hot chocolate fudge cake. If you are in the area do check it out.

We were staying close by with friends so came here to eat. A good selection of dishes, freshly cooked and pleasant service. The 3 course lunch menu which they do for â¬12 was fantastic value, while the bar snacks were also good. Drinks are cheap as well.Thanks for your opinion, that is very kind of you. Seven of us occupied all four cottages in March this year to get away from the cold UK winter. Having carried out research on Alistair Sawday (which has never let us down in thirty years !) we were not disappointed. The owners, Sheila and Ray took care of all our needs in this unpretentious but charming and spotless home from home converted bodega. Sheila provides exceptional evening meals to your cottages on request and the provision of good value, quality, local wines, beer, milk and water, saves laborious trips to the supermarket. Thoroughly recommended.

From the outside, it looks quite dull, but when you come inside, you will expire the warmest atmosphere and an exceptional waiter who very gently and qualified guided us through our selection of food and wine. We followed his suggestions and had some really very good food, excellent prepared and seasoned.Whole wine bottles came on the table and we freely could take what we want - and when we paid, the waiter just looked at the bottles and estimated how much we have taken - and we paid just that.So we can fully recommend this restaurant - mainly for the food, but absolutely also for the atmosphere and the waiter!
