Enniskillen (/ˌɛnɪsˈkɪlən/, from Irish Inis Ceithleann, meaning 'Ceithlenn's island' [ˈɪnʲɪʃ ˈcɛlʲən̪ˠ]) is a town and civil parish in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. It is located almost exactly in the centre of the county, between the Upper and Lower sections of Lough Erne. It had a population of 13,823 in the 2011 census. It was the seat of local government for the former Fermanagh District Council, and is the county town of Fermanagh as well as its largest town.

We had a lovely meal in Franco's on Sunday evening . The garlic mushrooms were very moorish and delicious! I had chilli chicken, again this was lovely very tasty and well presented The other three diners had the lamb which they all enjoyed. We of course had to try dessert, the tirnassu you just perfect and everyone enjoyed their choice of dessert. We finished of our night with a cocktail which was a perfect ending to the night . We had a lovely meal, great atmosphere and a perfect night to remember .

We where on our way back from a conference in Castlebar (heading to Belfast) and my ride said we would stop in this attractive and large restaurant on the way home. The menu looked reasonably good, but the food was rather uninspiring. I had the Salmon which was cooked well but lacked much flavor. My dining companions also were not thrilled with their meals. It is truly we were tired and not at our best, but I suspect the kitchen could say the same.

Ordered 12 inch burrito and a burrito box and it came to 14 pounds something. Chicken swimming in chicken stock, a load of white onions uncooked in the guacamole- to thicken it and all I could taste was onion. Horrible experience. Nothing compared to Guapo. Firstly I consider our prices to be reasonable and very competitive. We do not have any hidden extras, we only charge for guacamole. £14 something as you stated for 2 meat dishes plus guacamole is fairly priced.Our price list is clearly displayed above the counter if you cared to check.We do not use chicken stock!! We are an AUTHENTIC Mexican, our chicken is marinated with a special blend of chipotle & spices. We do however add finely chopped raw onions to our guacamole....Iâm not sure where you tried your guacamole before but then again we are AUTHENTIC.Your choice of Mexican rice is certainly not bland as it is cooked with our blend of herbs and spices. We also use good quality grated cheddar cheese, not of a low quality as you stated.We pride ourselves in our customer service and deliver a friendly, efficient service and I can assure you at no stage were you ignored. We find it disappointing that you could only manage 2 bites however the photo suggests perhaps you had a little bit more than that! .We find it unfortnate that this is the only review you have left on TripAdvisor- either positive or negative. Firstly no apparent air conditioning. Building much too warm and uncomfortable. We are used to eating Indian cuisine throughout Europe and this was a culinary disaster. The food was like tinned Indian supermarket garbage. Here, medium means hot as hell. Have not paid the bill yet but will be glad to leave no matter what the cost!! Avoid at all costs!

Had dinner as part of our package in the Lough Erne Resort. The surrounding were lovely, facing into sunshine over the lake. Menu good and service good a little slow but it is a fine dining experience. Food was very good but like the resort a bit on the pricey side but worth a visit.Good morning Geojon and thank you very much for writing your review after your recent fine dining experience at the Catalina restaurant. I am delighted that you enjoyed the food and were able to take in the beautiful views of the lough from the restaurant. I do apologise as the service you received was a little slow on that evening, but glad that it did not spoil your experience. Tucked away so that it was difficult to find, and it as downstairs. We were quite apprehensive until we entered the restaurant area -- beautiful decor, and gracious people. Our waiter was very new, and he had to go back and ask the manager questions several times, but even that was both quaint and informative, as he explained that he was from Poland, and we learned that many young people from Poland were in Ireland, as there is more work there. The food was good, and the wine delightful.
