Let's put it that way the place is classy but the food it's not really the taste I was expecting.The wonton soup was a lot of noodles and very few wonton then we had a squid with a black bean sauce and special chowmein and there again was something missing. I had to put a lot of soya sauce.on the other hand my wife love it and she is Asian.Service was excellent and the son of the owner was really nice

Went here for breakfast with the family and the eggs Benedict and pancakes were very nice. The te con leche was nice with the hint of cinnamon. I was still full at lunch time.

We ended up eating here three times, service was good to great, food was good (salads to pizza to pasta -- tried them all and no complaints). The best sangria I had in Panama -- and I had quite a bit! Reasonable prices. My favourite was the caprese salad and the bread basket with the oil/balsamic for dipping. Husband said his spaghetti bolognese was the best he had in quite some time. The lasagna was good too but burned on the bottom. The pizza was good too, but better across the street at Okey Italiano.

Went to Aromas twice during my 3-stay in Panama City recently and am dying to go back. The food is so amazing it's hard to believe the chef is only in his 20s, and the owner is incredibly nice and helpful; even recommending other great restaurants in the city. Definitely try the sangria, ceviche, and pretty much anything else on the menu.
