I hadnât been to La Tertulia before. I was very pleasantly surprised by the meal we had there today. Sadly, itâs about to close for the winter so I should give you my opinion. We were looking for good meat, and we got it. A chuleton de vaca retinta, well cooked and with excellent accompaniment. The chips were excellent. I could go into greater detail but there is no reason to do so. The service was first class. Weâll probably be back, even though this restaurant is a bit far from where we normally eat. In the summer months we would probably avoid it. Itâs nice to see how many relatively new restaurants are continually cropping up, with offerings that reflect the splendid improvement in quality and imaginativeness of Spanish cuisine.

I have had the chance to dine in many places around the world. But this place just blew my mind off. I didn't expect this qualitiy of food, this absolutely perfect presentation and the fantasy lived by the cook. Service marvellous, wine list superb and the food as I wrote before, at least 2 to 3 stars worth. I hope that trough my writing there will be more food lovers going to this place and I hope, that the qualitiy will remain the same, since we intend to come back for sure. Keep on cooking like that, I loved it.

Well, what to say. This is to warn future disappointment to others. Food, can't tell since we (only guests, first to arrive at 8.30pm) were left waiting a full 60 min without taking oders, or refill of glasses. Beverage was provided though and a menue placed the table. Obviously the idea here is to actually serve food to guest. Maybe staff (4) was to tied up chatting and showing each other pictures on iphone. Maybe it was us being non spanish, maybe they just didn't care... Whatever. Avoid this place!Dear customer, first of all we are sorry that you left our bar having that opinion, It is a pity.We thank you that you spent your time in writing us. Let me give you our point of view.One of our waiters served you, he served you the drinks, and immediately after he left you a menu on the table. Later, he asked you if you wanted to eat something, your answer was no. Maybe It is because of that, that you cannot give your opinion about our food.Regarding your comment about the photos on the iphone, please let me correct you.Two of them were interviewing potential candidates to work with us, this is why they had the phones. They had on their phones their information.Finally, I will tell you that we do not have anything against foreigners, many of our clients are not Spanish and we treat them exactly in the same way that those that are Spanish.For us, the main objective is that the clients leave the bar satisfied, thing that until today, we were acomplishing.Once more, we apologise for not meeting your expectatives.
