This place has arguably the best Camembert in Hokkaido. I think we have three or four that we have tried but this is by far the fullest flavour and best texture. So if you are going, keep an eye out for this brand. The restaurant/cafe that they have at the factory makes nice food that features the flavours of many of their cheeses. Worth stopping by for lunch.Just don't expect super fast service. When they get busy, they are somewhat under-staffed. And they don't except credit cards which is a bit limiting for cheese lovers who want to buy up.
