I had the chicken tikka masala with rice and nan bread. Curry was good but the highlight was the nan bread which was excellent. Really friendly guy serving who was also the chef. For a quick, tasty curry I would recommend.Thank you for coming to Taj Express Van. We are glad that you enjoyed the curry and NanLooking forward to serving you again.

This restaurant is located in Kutchan, a 5-10 minute drive from Hirafu. They have a food truck in Niseko during the winter, but I prefer the restaurant as the food is fresher. Service is great, the selection is varied, and the food is delicious.Dear Customers,Thank you for coming to Taj Mahal Kutchan. Glad you enjoyed our food.Looking forward to serving you again

This place only serves Curry in a funny little venue decked out in industrial timber. You build your menu selecting toppings, content and level of heat. We chose 3 out of 30 and it was plenty hot enough and needed tissues to wipe the brow, so be careful if you go into double digit heat levels. Curry is particular in Japan as it is Indian curry but done in the Japanese style and a common dish in many restaurants. These guys specialise in this dish. The seafood Curry was very good with a large fresh Oyster and Shrimp.It's not the cheapest eatery in town, with most meals 1000 or over.We enjoyed the change from Ramen and would recommend for this reason and the cisy and quirky decor. It's on Route 5 as per the map.
