Excellent food, fast tidy efficient service, and modestly priced for the result. I had pork ribs and Mrs had Lomo Fino. Service station transparent plastic gloves were provided so that I could gnash my chops without fingies- a most welcome touch although a first for me.
A bit noisy with the evening bustle of this frontier (ex?) town burt I'd go for it if you are nearby.

This is the place to get the best traditional meat selection for this part of the country. The way they cook it is different, the way they serve the dishes, just everything is unique and perfectly traditional. This is not a chain restaurant or in any way modified than the traditional way this meat has been served for hundreds of years. This is the best place to eat in Yopal.

Neither of us thought this "express" location of Carbon y Vino gave us much in service or quality of food to think this was a place that we would return to. The even served you drink in a flimsy plastic cup. The menu was a full menu but I was disappoint in the BBQ ribs that I had, not much meat for the price.

En este lugar se puede disfrutar de un buen sushi o el mango roll maki, los sabores son muy agradables, los platos tienen una decoración bastante creativa. el sitio es bueno y acogedor. Una excelente opción en Yopal.
