This a desert coming from Ottoman Empire. Beton means rock/ hard. Beton halvah is harder in consistency when compared to other halvah. It is traditionally done in Trabzon. Ingredients include Sesame paste, sugar, Oil, nuts and more. If you have been in Trabzon you should try Beton Halvah. They have different flavors.

Anyone wanting a peaceful and tranquil holiday try Kalkan, it's a beautiful small town with the usual shops and restaurants, to be honest I've visited Kalkan twice on weekends out and fell in love with the place, sat in restaurant right on the ocean edge its absolutely breath taking. My friends daughter goes there every year and just love's the place, it's not seen or advertised on many holiday sites but anyone wanting a peaceful place to visit Kalkan is the place.

I went to eat here because of recommendation in Lonely Planet guide. It says they serve excellent "real-Italian" pizza. The pizza there war really more Turkish style - thick "cake" and I did not like it at all. Alcoholic drinks (beer) were very expensive for Turkey.

The place is ok, however the place is on a busy highway and noisy. Therefore its not recommend to those who are sensitive to noise

A buzzing restaurant. Offers a small menu of local food. I liked their "sac kavurma" (stir fried lamb with tomatoes and green banana chilies), "Tursu kavurma" (stir fried pickles), mixed salad the best. Except the salads everything comes soaked in butter. Heavenly for people who like butter.

I don't like fish and usually don't eat fish but this fishes was very good and will go again,
We ordered 2 kinds fish barbecue and oiled fish both was very good and delirious ,
Salat was very good , great view and fantastic fireplace، a lot photos of celebrity and memorial papers !
I suggest to try it

Yomra merkezde Avrasya üniversitesi yanında denize yakın bir yer . Çok ferah geniş bir alanı var keyifle yemek yiyebileceğiniz bir mekan. Yemekleri çok lezzetli yemek sonrası kendi ikramları olan çay ve revani tatlısı da harika bir jest. Fiyatlar bu kalite için uygun çok pahalı değil bence
