The name of the city literally means "silver river".

Ningxia has some incredible cuisine, but sometimes you just want American comfort food. The pizza and breadsticks are very American, and the tiny space reminds me of some of the best pizza places in NY that are similarly cramped, but the food is good.
My colleagues and I were eating at the downtown location, at a table pushed against the window, and we caused an accident as a school kid and a woman on a motor-bike collided while staring at the foreigners, in their natural habitat, eating their traditional foods. Umm, pizza.

During my recent holiday in Yinchuan China a Chinese friend took me out to dinner.
He suggested western food and being a New Zealander I love french fries and pizza.
I wasn't disappointed the food was beautiful!! I had anice salad Italian style pizza,
french fries and a caramel slice for dessert.We only had to wait a short time after ordering to be served our dinner and the restaurant was very relaxing,clean and beautiful.
The couch we sat on to eat at the table was ultra comfortable.This western restaurant is too good to miss!

土曜の夕食時に火鍋目的で訪れたところ、大混雑だったのでカフェでデザートだけ食べました。食事利用の場合は２階席ならすぐ入れそうでしたが、肉何皿以上というように最低消費が決められていました。１階席も入口すぐの席なら暑いしハエぶんぶんだしでイマイチそうでした。カフェは食事の空席待ちの人で混雑していましたが、すぐ座れました。しかしアイスクリームは安っぽい味だし、一昔前のパフェという感じでおいしくありませんでした。

问了承天寺看塔的大娘，银川有什么好吃的小吃，说出门斜对面就有个卖羊肉夹馍的，可好吃。烩肉也特别好吃，应该明天早上出去玩之前来一碗，热乎乎，能管一天饱。一出门，果然一眼看到阿依舍谢记羊肉夹馍馆，虽然要19元一个，但是羊肉份量足，汤汁鲜美，渗入本来平淡的饼里，趁热吃，太美味了！可惜早上要七八点才开门，后来再也没时间来尝烩肉和其它品种。

羊しゃぶしゃぶの銀川の老舗です。中国のお店なのでサービスレベルは高くありません。ですが銅鍋で食べるしゃぶしゃぶは羊肉が新鮮で非常においしいです。値段も高くありません。たれがごまだれしかないのが残念です。お店はそれほど広くありませんが、早い時間に行ったのですぐに席に着けました。冷たいビールを置いてあります。
