We had a very delicious meal here
Ordered a starter of a combo platter
Had spring rolls which were absolutely delicious,garlic bread,cheeses mushrooms chicken goujons,was far too much and so didn't finish to leave room for the wonderful steak , lovely hand cut chips blue cheese sauce on the side and fresh veg meal was delicious.
Service and ambience was very good ,nice decor wasn't too busy so a really enjoyable evening very reasonable price which is a bonus
Would highly recommend
Looking forward to another visit on next years holiday

My wife and I have visited many times over the years,and the food is alway very good,last night was no exception,we had lentil soup to start,as we always do(best lentil soup in Turunc)
We then had Turkish liver and Turkish lamb,both were very good,as was the service,as it always is,we are here for 3 more weeks,so we will be back!

A wonderful Turkish Tapas restaurant new for 2009. Relaxed atmosphere and chilled out music. Try something different - our small dishes are the perfect way to experience different flavours. Our dishes include seafood, turkish mezes and turkish homecooking, perfect for sharing with friends over a jug of Pimms or a nice bottle of wine.

My wife and I have been coming to Turunc for many years,and had never been to Tapas Mapas,tonight we did,we had fish cakes 16 lira,liver 17 lira,grilled meatballs 16 lira,Hamsi(fried small fish)pilaf rice 6 lira,spicy potatoes 7 lira,I think the quality was about right,2 tapas each,and a side dish each,all the dishes were very nice,and great to share,the service was also very good,we will be back,thanks for a great meal.

only ate here once the head waiter here is very good it is such a shame his food is let down by being very bland and taste less a lot of people were having a casserole in a pot which is brought out to you as its your birthday with a firework and loud music and clapping

Ate here twice: Good atmosphere and very warm, friendly reception. Enjoyed the 'iron plate' dishes, and nice cocktails beforehand as sun-downers. Background music was cover versions of classic oldies - but kept to a reasonable volume and not intrusive. Enjoyed eating here.

Good choice of traditional dishes on the menu which were explained carefully by John and the food was served efficiently with the help of his wife and daughter. We both had excellent meals. We particularly enjoyed the busy and friendly atmosphere, it's deservedly popular.

Sharp-eyed Tripadvisor readers will noticed that I reviewed this restaurant last year so the best recommendation I can give that we made a point of booking up for the Saturday night experience again this year. In fact, the people on the next table were also there when we went a year ago! The warm welcome from Mujde and her team was as lovely as we remembered and the food was at least as good and plentiful. The highlight of the evening was the semi-professional dancers and their wonderful display of different traditional folk dances. I think it was even better than last year (apparently this tradition has been going for 10 years at Antik).
Can't wait to come back!

The Cinar restaurant is a small family restaurant found opposite the cash machines. We found the food and drink slightly cheaper than other restaurants but of excellent quality. Pepper steak and Adana kebab were very nice washed down by an ice cold Efe's. We've been coming to Turunc for a number of years but have overlooked the Cinar. Definitely coming back

Ate here early one evening... delicious curry, really tasty! We also called up late one night....about 1.30 am after a bit of a boozy nite for a take out...THE BEST CHIPS AND CURRY SAUCE EVER!!!! Sat on the balcony with a Bacardi eating homemade chips and homemade curry sauce... Seriously good!!
