The food here is nice and don't forget to try their duck dishes. The meat were nicely marinated and I am sure you won't be able to have enough of it. Their theme is Chinese and everything is decorated to fit in the theme well. The services were fast and the staffs were friendly.

I visited Ravintola Umpitunneli on a business trip - the dinner itself was catered by our hotel, but they had the space to accommodate... So I cannot comment on the food. The atmosphere was fun and club-like. The decor appeared to want to be Mexican but there were so many other decorations in other themes that we weren't certain that's what kind of restaurant it wanted to be!! Overall a fun place to hang out.

The pizza is awesome!
I recommend kebab pizza!
Also, the Kebab is big and consistent! It's like 50 * 8 cm for 6.5 EUR.
You can get a family pizza, which is about 1m^2 and 4 times the small pizza, which is not that small.A person can barely eat a small pizza, and the family pizza it's only the double price of the small one.For example, a Kebab Pizza is 7.5 EUR while the family equivalent of it is 15 EUR.
I recommend this place for everyone.
The place is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 22:30, Saturday from 10:00 to 4:00 AM and Sunday about 10:00 to 20:00, but I am not sure.

We went with a small group that included some very picky eaters, but Leilani left all raving about how great food it was. In fact some said it is one of the best pizza ever ! Not too bad from an Asian food restaurant. Great Chinese / Thai food and excellent pizza: any group will be happy.

Basic Scandinavian interior, friendly service and tasty looking products on their shelves. You can buy some breads, buns and cakes to go, but we decided to take delicious coffee with some pastries. There is not that many cafes in Haparanda, so this is the place to go

When I say excellent I mean the building. I was passing Haparanda on a job trip and the place looked so special and interesting, but very closed; there was no information about opening hours, you needed a code to get in to the hotel but if you had not, it seemed impossible to get one. I could not see one single person through the door window. What a pity! According to the home page it is really worth while because of its history and the old building still not reconstructed. Thus I can't say anything about the food, but I do hope to get back to find out how to get in there:-)

Here you can get good and big pizzas. Restaurant has seen its best days, but that does not make taste. I have been visiting this place since 2004 and never left hungry.

After eating the expired food, we got terribly sick. Possibly, the worst Indian food in Finland. The owner was very rude and these people are ruining the reputation of Indian food.

Found it by mistake searching for parking place in the center. looked nice and since lots of cars outside thought food could be good. It was bot a nice place. My son ordered a schnitzel, they didnt know if there was oneleft in the freezer... Lucky for my son there was not... We ordered double burgers with fries. Fries were actually quite good, the burger lower average. Burgers bread cold . Service by a guy and a girl really under average. Try another place if you go by.
