I don’t know why but you find many soba (buckwheat noodle) restaurants close to large Buddhist temples and Shinto shrines. There are many such restaurants serving Izurusan soba as you approach Manganji Temple. It was half past ten in the morning as we passed the soba restaurant area. We wondered why people where already queuing before the restaurants opened. We went to this restaurant after our visit to the temple and found out why. There was a long queue of people in the waiting area. It appeared guests were shown to the table at the same pace as fresh noodles were being kneaded. Even after we were shown to our table, we still had to wait long for our soba order to be served. We still found that it was worth the wait to enjoy their soba.

蔵の街大通りからは少しだけ外れた場所に位置していますが、店舗周辺は例幣使街道として今でも当時の風情を感じる事の出来る貴重なエリア。
創業天明年間と言う長い歴史を誇るお味噌屋さん、油伝味噌。こちらの敷地内ではその味噌を使用した田楽の数々を頂く事が出来るのです。
注文したのは芋田楽と豆腐田楽。どちらも味噌の味が素晴らしく大満足！今回の蔵の街訪問で食した食べものの中では、正直一番美味しかったかもしれません。
その美味しさに自宅用にも味噌を購入、可愛らしいおばあちゃまにも癒されました。

栃木観光の帰りに、美味しい餃子をたべたくなり、夕食で利用しました。
土曜日の19時ごろという忙しい時間帯でしたので６組待ちでした。
生姜ラーメンは細切りの刻み生姜が入った塩ラーメンです。
麺や中太の縮れ麺でかなり白っぽいです。メンマもチャーシューも全てが色白な感じでした。生姜をよく混ぜて食べましょう。
餃子は厚皮でボリューミー、一口では食べきれないほどです。
野菜が多くシャキシャキ感がありました。

ここでは、混雑する佐野市まで行かなくてもおいしい佐野ラーメンがいただけるのがありがたいです。種類は普通のラーメンとチャーシューメンだけですが、それだけに味へのこだわりを感じます。チャーシューたっぷりのチャーシューメンは値段もリーズナブルで満足できました。

佐野ラーメンというジャンルが確立されて、ブームになる前から営業しているお店のようです。お店自体、なかなか年季入ってます。
シンプルな普通のラーメン600円。具がフルに入った共ちゃんラーメンが780円（私はこれを食べました）。スープは透き通ってます。塩、動物系・・うーんはっきりしたことはわかりません。自然な味で、塩分、調味料全く強くない。チャーシューは3枚、結構しっかりしている。麺は太さがばらばらで（笑）疑いなく手打ちです。私が食べた日は柔らかくちょっとゆですぎ感あり残念でした。
ご主人の心を込めた手作りラーメンが味わえます。
スタッフが着ているTシャツに日本とマレーシアの国旗が並んでいました。奥さんがマレーシア人なのかしら、と思い店を後にしましたが、後でhp見て、マレーシアに出店してるんですね。すごい、佐野を代表するラーメンです。

限定10食の軍鶏親子丼目当てで、開店の11時に行きました。
軍鶏の親子丼の他に、骨付き鶏と軍鶏の炙りを注文。鶏専門店だけあって、歯応えのある鶏肉で美味しかったです。味付けは田舎風なのか少し濃いめ。
昼は昼用メニュー限定なので、日曜日でもランチを食べられましたが、焼鳥や水炊きなど夜限定のメニューも気になります。
11時半頃からお客様が増えてきました。
時間に余裕を持って行った方が良いと思いました。

中華料理のお店です。メニューが豊富でボリュームもある。それでいて安い。混雑するわけです。出来れば友人とか複数人で行って色んなメニューをオーダーして食べるのをお勧めします。つまみとして宴会するのも座敷があるので良いですね。

一般的な担々麺のイメージで食べようとすると拍子抜けします。どちらかと言うとゴマ味噌ラーメンと言った方が近いかもしれません。味は美味しく、麺が特にモチモチでお勧めです。餃子もジャンボサイズで食べ応えあります。

Our tradition to visit this restaurant while visiting my grandma's house in Tochigi. Restaurant has good capacity but always full. Staff are friendly and variety of items. Often sees family and ladies group lunch/dinner. Quality of meat is excellent and you should definitely try "Tochigi Wagyu" Yum!!!

Delicious but also what you eat, but hashed rice is delicious. Since the owner has worked also Japanese restaurant, you can enjoy the best of Japanese and Western dishes.
