We had a great dinner at family-run Il-Merill. For our last night in Malta we wanted to eat typical Maltese food and we weren't disappointed. The service is quick and very friendly. The rabbit was elegant, simple yet exquisite and portions were generous. It isn't the cheapest restaurant in Sliema, but prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food. We also enjoyed the cosy and homey feel of the dining room. All in all a real must-do for everyone passing in the vicinity of Sliema looking for an authentic Maltese dining experience. Don't forget to reserve your table!

Was the first time we went and we were really happy we did so. Food was great and there is a very good variety to choose as are the desserts. Service is very good and we very well looked after. We will definatly return.

This restaurant is located at the top floor of The Palace Hotel which is a 5 star contemporary hotel in the heart of Sliema. From this restaurant besides enjoying great Asian fusion cuisine excellent atmosphere and dedicated chefs and staff you can admire the spectacular views of Sliema and Valletta's majestic Harbour. The ambience and decor inside the restaurant are both relaxing and satsifying. It's an experience eating at this unique restaurant which offers high-quality food-value for money.

We stopped here for dinner in early December. The service was excellent and the owner / manager took time to chat with us and shook our hands / thanked us on leaving. The food was excellent. We had complimentary bread as well as complimentary bruschetta. We had pasta / fish of the day - both of which were excellent and cooked well. Wine was reasonably priced and of a good quality. Would definitely return.

Had a great evening here. The food was delicious and the wine good, in a carafe - great value. Staff very friendly.
The only grumble is we went there Sunday evening and it's closed on Mondays (a Maltese thing). We left Tuesday morning so couldn't go again. Definitely be back next time we're in Malta.

This cosy breachside restaurant has a lot going for it with great food and a nice ambiance (it was a converted beach pavillion). Unfortunately on this occasion there were many smokers whose sidestram smoke created a smelly fog. However the food was very good, as was the service.

Wow, I really love this place. The steaks are brilliant. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and it's real value for money. We really loved the wax crayons and blank table mats. You're actively encouraged to get creative with the art. Book your table as this place gets busy.
