The borough is located on Long Beach Island and borders the Atlantic Ocean.

...but the prices are outlandish ! YES - they offer almost any kind of donut you could imagine - but at an exorbitant price ! I thought Marvel's had gotten pricey until THIS donut shop opened up. If your sweet tooth really needs to be addressed, try Ferrara's Bakery on 29th Street (not that far away) Shore good - but "shore expensive"!

Never ate at Wally’s before . Heard it was good. Breakfast and service were great. Best corned beef hash I have ever eaten. Food was delicious and cooked just right. Service was excellent with Linda being our waitress. I would highly recommend Wally’s. I have lived on LBI for fifty yrs and never went to Wally’s. I will now. Highly recommend.

This restaurant has a new owner . The food is excellent as always. My filet was awesome. My husbands seafood dish cooked to perfection. Then theres always the desserts you must leave room for. However it seems like there has been a cut back in wait staff and it shows. Service is still very good but they could use some more help. The small dining room only had one waitress for the whole room. It was hard to keep up with all the tables. Maybe it was just a off night.

Every year we go to Surf City on vacation and on a exercise walk I bumped into this place and have been coming back every since. Great Cold Brew and good breakfast sandwiches. Plus next door are great shops to browse while sipping your iced coffee :)

Friendly staff prepares your hot or cold drink to order...fresh. Several counter people keep the traffic moving very fast while being welcoming. A dozen plus places to sit and use the WiFi are inviting to stay and relax a while. Prices are very reasonable.

Combining both a restaurant and seafood market, this seasonal establishment is the poster child for what true New Jersey "Shore" food is all about. Obviously, the shell fish is local, fresh and delectable. Somewhat cramped seating is more than compensated by mouth watering offerings.

The selection is limited but the lines are always long. They sell out of many items each day because the quality is there. Cannolis, italian cookies, biscotti, jelly donuts, and italian subs are all excellent. They make the sandwiches and stuff cannolis while you wait! Get here early if you want a particular stuffed bread or donut as the lines will be out the door.

We generally end up getting ice cream closer to Fantasy Island and haven't tried skipper dipper until this year and we were missing alot! Absolutely delicious ice cream!
I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter before leaving for vacation as she was celebrating her birthday while we were going to be on LBI. They were extremely accommodating on the phone and offered suggestions for the cake as well as helping me with combining flavors and fillings. They inquired how many people we would have and matched me with the perfect sized ice cream cake. Upon pick up, Kylie waited on me and the cake was decorated beautifully and ready when they promised it would be. They even threw in a package of candles which was fabulous because I had forgot to bring some!
The cake was incredible and everyone raved how scrumptious the ice cream was and we went back again later in the week for ice cream after dinner a few times.
We will be adding skipper dipper to our favorites and stopping in again next visit

Don't leave LBI without experiencing the quaitness and delicious eats at this outdoor restaurant. If it's pouring, they're not open so don't think they're closed for business. Come back when it's not raining. Everything is good. So I can't mention one dish. I love them all. But their pancakes, hands down the best I've ever eaten. And I looked and tried for many years. Have a blast. And if you get a tight fitting table, don't complain. Consider yourself lucky that your getting the opportunity to be sitting in a little bit of Key West paradise vibe at the Jersey shore.

During my vacation, I like to change it up between donuts & here. I like bagels (but not a connoisseur) & these are the closest to a "real" NYC bagel. Less dense w/natural ingredients. They offer 15 varieties (not all avail. daily) & they make their own cream cheese & specialty spreads. I found their crumb cake to be a notch above Ferrara's.
As noted, coffee & b'fast/lunch sandwiches available too. Limited seating & cash-only.
