It is a district in the Upper Silesian Metropolitan Union, a metropolis with a population of 2 million. It is located in the Silesian Highlands, on the Kłodnica river (tributary of the Oder).

Lubię to miejsce ze względu na oddalenie od głównej drogi, a więc względny spokój. Poza tym, można tu pospacerować. Jedzenie dobre, obsługa również.

Having some free time... not as easy when you have two small kids at home... we decided to go to our favourite dining place in upper silesia. Once again we didn't regret it. The food was absolutely fabulous. I had the macaroni, while my wife got the cerealotto. Once again everything we got was absolutely top notch.

Very nice ambience, warm atmosphere and you'll find a great attention to details, Very good & attentive service by a friendly staff. We ordered different colourful Sushi platter sets to be divided among the guests; desserts were very tasty (have a look to my pics). If you wish you can even indulge in a "neck massage" during your meal !

Highly recommended restaurant close to the Gliwice - Mikołów road. Friendly, charming and professional staff. We had traditional Polish wild mushroom soup, sole filet "przysmak Valdiego" (Valdi's delicacy) and "żeberka z glazurą miodowo-musztardową" - delicious! No place for dessert left. Very reasonably priced - less than 15 Euro's per person. We'll be back!

We discovered last holidays this place. The location is in the country but closer to the highway so you can arrive easily.
Since you arrive you can note the very beautiful construction made according the typical wood structure. So lovely for foreigners!
And the restaurant reflects this tradition both inside and in the plates all based on the silesian traditional kitchen.
All good, tasty, big, beautiful!
We of course suggest this place to everybody who want to taste traditional plates and to have a good meal in a fantastic unusual location.

If you're ever stuck for a reasonably priced dinner and you're not afraid to take a drive, be sure to give the Kartel restaurant a try. They make awesome bean soups and the Chimichanga is quite nice too. Add to that Książęce beer on tap and you've got a great combination for a satisfactory dinner. Personally I think I'll be back one of these days.

Best Burger in ages, they have a massive choice of freshly made burgers, cooked to your choice, rare, medium or well done. I had the spiciest burger on the menu and it was amazing but not for the faint hearted, my friend had a milder burger, we had visited this place a year ago and thoroughly enjoyed the burger, was not disapointed this year, highly recommended

Chyba najlepsza restauracja w Rudzie Śląskiej. Nie zależnie od tego, co tam skonsumujemy, możemy być pewni, że jedzenie będzie na najwyższym poziomie. Zaczynając od deserów, po pizze i na daniach obiadowych kończąc. Poza tym bardzo miłą, uprzejma i fachowa obsługa sprawiają, że chce się wracać do restauracji. Ceny niektórych obiadów mogą się wydawać wysokie, ale jakość produktów jest warta ceny.

The hotel restaurant closed at 10:00 pm and a colleague who wanted something to eat was advised to go there. I accompanied him and was very pleasantly surprised by the menu and prices! The restaurant offers both and eat in and take away service the food was well presented and tasty. The staff were pleasantly friendly and I will certainly be returning soon.
