Allow drool time. This is one serious perfectionist cake and pastry chefs' showcase. Unlike all the pretentious French Patisseries we have ever tried, the food tastes divine. Every item is light and tasty. We can heartily recommend the charmingly named "dressed pie", while my husband was downright awed by his magnificent cream bun. Wish we could take Jimmy's back to Oz.

Teviot Tearooms provided just what we wanted on our way through Roxburgh. We wanted good coffee, and a good selection of "quick to get" food. They had a good selection with friendly staff. We chose Wedges with extras and hubbie had his" best equal" coffee we had in 8 days around the south Island! To top it all off, they have an icecream bar, with good sized servings. I'm hoping they will be offering affogatos on their menu on our next visit to Central Otago!

I used to stop here often but now just get a coffee to go. The food is dry, and the only smile and manners you receive are from the men serving, the ladies are very rude and make you feel like you interrupted them and want to you to go asap. The coffee is good though.

103 The Store and Lounge is a Cafe and Gift Shop located in Roxburgh, New Zealand. The Lounge at 103 serves wonderful AllPress Coffee, Harney's Fine Teas as well as a selection of organic juices, smoothies and other cold drinks. On the menu are Al Brown's "Best Ugly Bagels" as well as cabinet food, salads and a wide range of delicious baking and treats! All baking and cabinet food is made onsite, using local ingredients where possible. Attached to The Lounge, is 103 The Store, stocked with a wide variety of beautiful homewares, gifts, kitchen equipment and ladies fashion and accessories. We are a family friendly Cafe, with a children's play area and a highchair available. We look forward to seeing you at 103 The Store and Lounge!

we stopped here travelling to Cromwell. Many of the towns in the district had there cafes closed on Sunday. Luckily 103 was open. We had coffee, tea and carrot cake. Which was nice. No bathroom facilities, but across the road was 5-6 auto toilets.

We had booked for our group of 7 while cycling the Clutha Gold cycle trail. Our expectations may have been a little high. The menu majored in burgers and steak, with a fish dish and a couple of other options. Don't remember noticing anything for the vegetarian, but I may be wrong.
The portion sizes were generous and everything was cooked well, my medium-rare steak was indeed medium-rare, however it was described as a rib-eye, but arrived as 300g of rump.
The price was very reasonable.

I'm fussy with coffees and loved their lattes! Definitely the new coffee break spot when travelling. Lovely friendly faces too!

Established in 2017, Stone House Gardens is an ambitious project to build a three acre garden around a historic stone building. The cafe has Seating both inside the stone building and in the garden. The food is fresh and focussed on local ingredients.

What a great find to locate this relatively new cafe. WOW Gardens, beautiful Seating outside and the best coffee and muffins we’ve had for ages. Will definitely return for lunch one day. Loads of room to walk around the beautiful Gardens.Thank you so much Sally F!

Situated in stunning Central Otago this cafe has very comfortable surrounds with a French Provincial Style ambience, serving excellent sit down meals incl All Days Breakfasts, Excellent Lunch Range, with all Pies, Soups, Scones and Muffins home made to ensure freshness and flavor. Licensed Bar, and two other designer lounge rooms to sit and relax in prior to and after dining. Great Coffee
