Since I am in Retalhuleu often, I've gotten to know the casual restaurants well. CARNITAS ROSI is by far and away my favorite. Both breakfasts and dinners are excellent, reasonably priced and quickly served. It is friendly, tolerant of my somewhat fractured spanish, and comfortable. My NGO has made it our unofficial food headquarters in Guatemala.

Real, natural corn tortillas filled with delicious ingredients. The service was fast, the place immaculate and the dishes original and tasty. Es un lugar que resalta en Coatepeque por su decoración a base de bombillas, madera, hierro piedra y un toque de naturaleza.
Es interesante el concepto abierto sin paredes del local ( ni exteriores ni interiores)
En cuanto a la comida pedí la hamburguesa de 45Q ( no tiene nombre) pero es de carne de res tocino fresco, pepinillos y algo más.
El pan y la carne lo hacen en el momento en un horno de leña ( el mismo de las pizzas) y tiene un excelente sabor.
La entrada fué ensalada capresse lleva balsámico tomates cherries y quezo mozzarella en una cama de albahaca.
Muy sabrosa pero es un plato de entrada.
Personal amable, cuentan la historia del lugar y su lucha por llevar a Coatepeque un tipo de hamburguesa y pizza diferente de las de cadenas.
Sinceramente es, un sabor superior y delicioso pues al momento elaboran los ingredientes desde la masa del pan y pizza.
Seguro regreso a Voila cuando tenga oportunidad y probar su menú de pastas y postres.

Un servicio muy personalizado y el lugar esta muy higiénico. La vista a la playa esta muy bonita con un bueno mirador. El mesero que nos atendió esta muy amable. Al comer en el restaurante tiene derecho entrar gratis a su piscina que esta ubicada a la entrada de Champerico donde tiene también su hotel.
El precio es moderamente mas caro el hecho que el establecimiento es mas cómodo.

We had a very nice dinner at this place on a very hot and humid evening in Reu. They offer a good selection of meats. I also had their mussels special and it was delicious. Outdoor Seating was very nice. Service good too.
