Donut Palace has the best donutes arround. I think they are better than Krispy Kreme. They are fress and warm. This restaurant is family run and friendly. There is virtually no space to dine inside so you need to either use the drive thru window or go inside and order and go. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Traveling in the state of Oklahoma,is a wonderful experience for anyone,however when you add a wonderful meal,and a excellent service to this mix.Well then you are talking about Sonny's Café. This restaurant is one of the best eateries that my wife and I have ever visited.The food is steamer table hot,and the service is outstanding. This Café is located at 2406 Weedn Blvd. Purcell,Oklahoma,USA. This restaurant is open Mon -Sat from 6AM to( PM, and on Sondays from7AM to 2 PM. If you are in the area of Purcell Oklahoma,USA .it would be a very rewarding visit.I highly recommend Sonny' for a great meal,and very warm atosmosphere. D.J.Julian

With Kids, I can tell you that the last place I wanted to eat was Pizza. Jo's changed my mind. Now when we make the trip up 35 it is ME that suggests we plan lunch there.
We have never been disappointed and we all get the flavors we want.

This has great Mexican food for Oklahoma the staff is super friendly the food is very moderately priced and the location is easy to get in and out of a great place to eat

We were driving through...looking for a lunch place...I like to use Ma and Pa places as much as possible and this one had a bunch of local cars...Ding...that is a good sign for good food...Was very busy...but we got a table...I had hamburger with onions and sis had cx fried steak...Both huge portions and the beef tasted like beef...the food is very good and service adequate for as busy as they were...kinda cater to locals but I am okay with that...all in all...try Ruby's

Prices are reasonable. Chicken fried steak dinner is $8. It was made there and mashed potatoes were real. Brown gravy on wife's meal was extremely salty, we sent it back. Got a ham and cheese sandwich that only had 4 slices of very thin packaged ham. Cream gravy on chicken fried appeared home made but it was also salty. I like some salt but not that much. We both ate for under $20 but we won't be back.

We stopped while traveling through the area and it was ok.
There were only a couple of people working the counter which wasn't enough for the traffic. There were other employees there and we even had to wait behind 2 while they ordered their stuff. I was put off by the fact that since the place was busy and the line was long, employees would be waited on first instead of paying customers.
My daughter ordered chicken strips and I had the 2/3 bacon cheeseburger. They gave her a chicken salad instead, but they were quick to replace it. My burger was good, nothing special but better than typical 'fast food' places.
The restaurant was well kept, but didn't have that clean 'feeling'.
They have a store area where I think they sell ice cream and stuff like that, but we didn't check it out.
When traveling the interstate, there's lots of places to stop to eat and this was as good as everywhere else. Would I stop here again? Doubt it.

Visited Braums while passing through town. The people were very friendly and the food is good. You order up front and the food is cooked fresh. Then you pick up your order back at the counter and sit. They also have a drive through window.
The ice cream is very good and affordable!

It's been renamed, buffalo chicken pizza! Was a little put off with the low amount of cars outside but the pizza was great. Love the $6.99 special and the pretzel crust!

As full time travelers, we stop at McD's a lot. First noted: the place had NO shortage of employees and The kitchen was huge. So, we did not understand the long wait. And usually, if the wait is long, the food is piping hot. This was not the case. Long wait, lukewarm food , I was not asked if I wanted a"meal" and I ended up with no drink. Don't think we will be back;-(
