The restaurant “Suare”, situated in the hotel “Soyuz”, is rightly considered to be the specimen of a harmonious combination of refinement and modesty in the interior and, above all, in the quality of the served dishes. The atmosphere of this restaurant is favourable for a friendly talk. In “Suare” you can have a good time with your friend, you can hold a business meeting and celebrate a birthday or any other holiday in the family and friendly circle. Every guest, who has ever been at our restaurant, could highly appreciate its cuisine and service, and many of them have become our regular visitors. The restaurant menu includes dishes of European, in the first place French cuisine. Every guest can find a dish in the menu, that corresponds to his tastes and wishes. Rich wine collection will give an opportunity to select proper delicate drink to any chosen dish. Especially as our wine card includes the sorts of wine only of the trustworthy producers. The restaurant is designed for 45 persons and is opened from 12p.m up to 12a.m. From 7:30 a.m. up to 11 a.m. – the restaurant hall is served for breakfast – smorgasbord. Breakfast always includes several kinds of cold and hot dishes, muesly, yoghurt, fresh fruit. From 12 p.m. up to 16 p.m. – the time for business lunch. The advantage of this lunch is not only in the price (250 roubles), but also in the quick service, which is not more than 7 minutes.

Small, stylish and cozy restaurant located downtown along the river.
We had a lovely dinner with nice food and the best green tea we had ever tried!
The dessert was the only disappointment as it was not what I expected (I am afraid the English translations in the menu are not always clear). Too bad, people were allowed to smoke near the bar: the bad smell stained an otherwise nearly perfect meal.
Compared to European standards, the bill was quite cheap.

Nice quite place on a Sunday evening.
Ordered off the Summer Menu.
The green Gazpacho soup was delicious--cucumber and mint based soup.
Split the mixed grill platter with a friend. Good variety of meat--sausage, chicken, pork, and chicken wings served with pickled red onions and spicy tomato-based sauce. Just the perfect amount of food.
Chocolate tort for dessert.

Overall, Ivanovo is a very ugly, red-brick industrial town, like, perhaps, the Upper Manhatten. We have hidden from this depressive aura in the Coffee Bean cafe (Lenina prospect) which was an outlet of the highest quality for both interior and guests (who clearly did not work at the textile factories). The prices are lower than in Moscow but still high enough to keep local mobs at bay. So that cafe features probably the upper class girls of Ivanovo, and if you come to that "brides' city" for what the name stands for, this is the best place for your hunt.

It is still open inspite all the problems Plios has now. Charming, has nice desserts and Moscow prices - coffee from 80RUR, cakes from 100 RUR

The latest so far and the biggest bar of the network, Dudki Ivanovo has gained a great deal of public interest within the city and some cities of the neighboring regions. Same high standards of restaurant service, unique and delicioius cuisine, comfortable atmosphere combined with nice cocktails and famous music hits made the bar one of the best places for recreation in the city.

Astonishing place with a family running the hotel situated at several traditional Russian wooden houses (each "izba" - in Russian).
Very welcome staff. Very good, high-level quality cuisine (varying each day menu offering traditional Russian dishes, remarkable tea ceremonies with tasty assortments of bakery, pasties, etc). In the evenings sole musicians or daughters of the lady who owns the place sing to customers of the home restaurants Russian romances, read poems, so that the atmosphere of the place is home and nice. Frankly, I would not be surprised if the combination of authentic style and high level quality cuisine would make this place first Russian place at the Relais & Chateaux almanac.
High hill views to the town of Ples (if we look down) and Levitan hill (rather opposite the hill on which the home hotel is located) also make this place unusual.
Last but not least, the terraces of the hotel located at the hill offer a dozen (?) of private (for 5-6 persons each) each looking different from the other wooden besedkas - places to have a tea ceremony, private lunch or simply look at high hill views opening from the hotel.

Grill and open-fire cooking give a peculiar touch to our menu. Capacity of the restaurant is 80 people. For our little guests we have special Kid's menu and high chairs. Democratic atmosphere, european interior, large windows, letting all the day light in, create an easy and relaxed ambience. A real wood burning fire-place fills the place with warmth and comfort. The restaurant is perfect for family and friends' meals, business lunches or romantic dinners by the fire-place. Any time and any guest will feel our sincere care and concern.

When living in Ivanovo, we frequented Pizza World more than any other restaurant there. They have delicious pizzas that I still yearn for having moved back to the UK! Although I would say to avoid the tables closer to the children's play room, as they can get quite boisterous. Afterwards have a tipsy walk down to Revolution Square to finish off a lovely evening.

Широкий выбор безупречно приготовленных блюд кавказской кухни. Такого вкусного шашлыка и хачапури я никогда не пробовал. Уютная обстановка, приятная музыка и отличное обслуживание. Посетителей обычно много, особенно в выходные дни, поэтому столик стоит заказывать заранее. Всем рекомендую этот ресторан!
