Massive open area and ponds where fresh fish is served. There is a large choice of delicious food including my favourite salad (Olivia).

I ordered the Caperese salad and it was delicious so the food is good, but it took a long time to arrive so this could be improved.

Во времена СССР вместе с Латвией это был один из самых пафосных заведений города. Впрочем, он и сейчас хорошо, особенно если вам удастся спуститься на кораблик и сесть у окна. Кухня здесь в самом деле неплохая, а вот с пивом косяк. Марку пивного ресторана надо держать. Уж как минимум сортов 10, включая местное.

This is my first visit to the country and I flew directly to Penza. We arrived late and asked at the Hotel about a good restaurant. Here comes the good news. The Davydov was there at the hotel, open until 11 pm. Nice atmosphere and discrete service. The food was exceptionally prepared and presented. A nice selection of wines, beers and wodka, of course. I ordered a lamb with wine sauce. The sauce was deliciously reduced and thick; the meat was soft and tasty. What else was needed? Just a nice rest.

Приехал в Пензу. В ожидании жены решил выпить кофе и скушать какую-нибудь сладость! Недалеко оказалось кафе "ЛУ ЛУ". Расположено в цокольном этаже, чем то напоминает небольшую столовую. Уютно, хороший интерьер. Небольшой, но достаточный выбор блюд, для перекуса и бизнес-ланча, так как оно находится в непосредственной близости от бизнес цента, откуда на обед, я так думаю, ходят сотрудники различных организаций. Цены очень приемлимые. Есть WI-FI. Меню на сладости большое, но наличие не соответствует действительности, к сожалению. Фактически было только 2-а вида. Выпил кофе, которое мне совсем не понравился. В общем скажу, для обеда - кафе, конечно, подходит, но не более.

I noticed the manager or owner checking that each plate/drink was just right as they came out. The cappuccino was good and my lunch seemed to be made of fresh ingredients.
