Amazing restaurant with sea view outside Seating.
Their fish is really amazing.
We had grilled combination of different fish.
Portions were huge and we were so full at the end.
House wine they had was also very good. We ordered fish soup for appetizer and it was one of the best fish soup I have ever tasted !!! Definitely recommend !!!

We went last Thursday and were surprised to find "Spargel" already on the menu and ordered together with "Schnitzel". Food arrived and we were quite surprised...it was served with ham...When we asked for life and fork to be able to eat and asked again why the sparkle was served with ham the waiter got a little confused. He walked back to the kitchen (leaving us still without knife and fork) and came back, saying: "Sorry, it was my mistake, I ordered differently". So, again, I asked for knife and fork and my wife and I were able to start eating. When we asked for the bill there was no excuse, no discount, no "good-bye".
Soory to say, but we will not be back!

Based on the other good reviews of this joint, we were expecting a little better than what we actually got. While we were shown to a table quick enough, there was no English menu initially, and the waiter barely spoke English. After he managed to dig up an outdated English menu where the prices and/or some of the dishes didn't match. With that and a combination of Google translate we were able to guess enough to order.
First we ordered beer and my partner sparkling white wine while trying to decipher the menu. The beer was weak as anything, and the wine was wine with, well, carbonated water added .. so it was sparkling wine so to speak, just not what she was expecting.
There is a LARGE selection of fish dishes so it was hard to choose. Especially not being exactly sure what we were ordering. Two of us ordered the "mixed fish" dish, and my partner shrimp pasta. The food came reasonably quickly, but the fish was tasty (especially the salmon) wasn't warm enough. Also, the portion could have been a little larger. My parters pasta was OK, nothing spectacular.
Still hungry, we ordered dessert. It was a LONG wait before the dessert arrived, and when it did it was OK, but again, nothing great. My partners creme brulee was completely cold under the crust.
Overall the experience was a little meh. Definitely not bad, just not great.

Found a seat in the bar next door to the brasserie butpart of same building and had delicious food. The bar was comfortable and relaxed. We felt very welcome. Staff were very good.

This restaurant is very different - no matching tables, chairs etc but really good, hearty food! The service is efficient and friendly. One problem might be the small number of parking spaces nearby. That aside, I would highly recommend this gem, though you do need to book in advance.

So we can completely dispense with convenience. You can see it, smelling it, and above all: you can taste it! Firstly, the atmosphere is very cool. Eating at this place is an experience. It's very cute and the put a lot of attention to detail. Service is also great.
The food is good too, but in my opinion it isn't great. Definitely don't order salads. The steaks are huge (more than 400g) and tasty. But it's also a bit on the pricier side.

Reading all the reviews with commenting the nice staff and good food it was a déjà vue. The welcome was very warm and friendly and waitress attentive all the evening. Food was good and according expectations, it is solid cooking with accent on fish and grill. Definitely worth to spend an evening!

In Plattdüütsch restaurant you will find big portions of north German food. We only had a main dish and did not finish it because it was so much! But the fish variations I had were very good and also my wife's Schnitzel was tasty. The interior is pretty nice, the people in the restaurant were all double our age!

We had pizza at this place. The pizza was so so with a thick bottom not well baked and with lots of cheese on it. At best average.
While the service started off well with very smooth order taking and Delivery, it went downhill afterwards. We tried to get a desert and coffee but nobody noticed us and we decided to leave to get an ice cream somewhere else.
